NO NEW PATIENT FOR 4-6 months and you can not get put on the waiting list!!!!! Terrible city of Dallas needs to do something about this. How come there are no healthcare needs available not for regular wellness appointments either trash. The Mexicans that call you back act like they don’t hear you. I have been trying to be seen. But nothing they don’t answer the phone at all. They just call you back and say hello hello hello while you are saying hello I know she heard me. Maybe she heard that I was black and that’s why. The attitude over the phone with the hellos was so disrespectful. Get new staff!!!!

A business like this will never thrive without employees that have compassion, empathy, and professionalism. If you all dont return calls or answers the phones for appointments then most people are gonna walk in ! And then you recommend for people to go to urgent care or the er when clearly that wouldve been their first choice if it was an option. This place is a good representation of everything WRONG with Dallas customer service.

First, it is NOT a free clinic as advertised. They force you to pay $50 for each visit for the so called " recommended donation" sometimes they also charge $40 for blood test lab order. Worst of all, they will cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours because no doctors are volunteering that day so it's not a reliable service. If you are on a medication, stay away from this clinic. They will not refill your medicine even if they are the one that cancelled the appointment. They have zero empathy and zero care for your healthcare needs.

Don’t even bother. Just called the dental department and the receptionist said they have 2,000 people on their waitlist. You’ll have to check back in every 4-8 months. Research other charity or donation based clinics in your area and hope they have space. Rating 5 stars because I’m always grateful for free and charitable healthcare for the people.

Been out of work cuz of the recession. Finally have a new job and of COURSE i had a tooth go bad. I was in a TON of pain. I believe my dentists name was Dr. Moss. Him and the team were INCREDIBLY helpful. $50 in and out in about 2 hours. Got the tooth yanked and they were very friendly and if youre on the struggle bus i HIGHLY reccomend them!

At first, I was really excited to go to this place because I am in need of some dental work but after reading the reviews, I won’t even bother. People are saying they are rude, never answer the phone, only accept 1 walk in a day and prioritize the Hispanic community. How can you say that you accept walk ins, WALK INS, meaning more than 1, on the website but it’s complete different in person. This is a charity and charity’s are supposed to serve the COMMUNITY not just pick and choose. This ain’t it y'all, let’s find a different charity to support who will support ALL of us in return

My Son and I arrived at the clinic today at 9:15am as a walk-in. I called several days before trying to get an appointment and was prompted to leave a message. I left 4 different messages on 4 different days. No one ever called back. It appears Agape pride themselves on being helpful and caring per your website. I'm not feeling that love. The front desk "clerk" is rude and condescending. She did nothing but make excuses about not enough staff to answer calls. The website state walk-ins are allowed. Per the clerk they only take one walk-in a day and they had already taken that one. Would have been nice to know. Please update the website it's misleading. It's great you're helpful to those who have been fortunate enough to get pass your front desk insensitivity. The writer of Agape's mission statement overstated how helpful Agape is to those less fortunate or maybe down on their luck. It states no one is turned away. Well tell that to the front desk crew.

My mom took my schizophrenic brother here for help. The website says walkins are welcome NOT 1 walkin a day. I've always thought, walkins meant, no appointment, you will wait to be seen or "worked in". Guess that's not the same everywhere. Anyhow, mom let the receptionist person know she left several messages to no callback. The rude lady told her maybe you didn't leave or message....maybe you didn't answer when called back??? Lady...no one has to make up stories to be seen! Clinic opens at 8, they were their waiting shortly after that. The lady said they only take 1 alk in person a day..NOT WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS!!! Do you exist to help or not? Based on the other comments, your "establishment " should do better.
