Got blood work done and lady was too aggressive and quick to the point she bruised the inside of my arm and caused me unnecessary pain. It’s been a week and a half since that happened and my arm is still bruised

Dr. Nguyen has been my doctor with my 2 pregnancies and she has help me so much! she answer all my questions and makes the process smooth. I love this clinic all the staff have been very nice and helpful, they also help me apply for my kids insurance.

I've been with LBU for about 3 years now, it didn't start out great and I had issues with the first doctor I was assigned. But my last doctor (who retired) and my new doctor (who is amazing) I'm getting better and healthier. I've been to 3 different locations, but this was my first visit to the 4732 W. Illinois office where I met with Nurse Elizabeth Barrientos. She was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Elizabeth took the time to walk me through my situation and didn't rush through answering all of my questions. I'm very thankful for the entire staff at LBU including the reception, billing department, nursing staff and the great providers. I wish I could rate them more that 5 stars, they deserve 10!

I scheduled my daughter an appointment to see Dr. Pain last week, a sick visit for her scoliosis. It has flared up & she’s been in intense pain! I get a “text” message 2 hours prior to our appointment! And that Dr. Pain will not be in this pm to call and reschedule! First of all, I had to take off work and was on my way to pick my daughter up for this appointment!! 2nd, how dare they let me know only a couple hours prior and by message/text only!! OMG!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I am livid right now & don’t know what to do! I’m going to have to take her in to the ER just to see if they can help ease her pain or do something! And I just can’t get up and look for another Provider because of the Medicaid! Hardly no Doctors take it, let alone have appointments for patients any time sooner. I’m tired and frustrated seeing my child go through this and the few doctors that can help aren’t helping!!

I can’t express enough how disappointed I am with how they operate as a whole. Everything was fine last summer when I was able to see my newborn’s assigned doctor at the Oak Cliff location & get everything done in ONE spot. However, things became highly inconvenient once school started as the doctor was moved back to the school based location in cedar crest (which isn’t listed online). Of course to top things off, they stated my child could not be given vaccines at this cedar crest location and I’d have to schedule a separate appointment in oak cliff!! I was never informed I’d have to go to separate spots for checkups & vaccines because the doctor was moved. In another occasion, I called 8 times attempting to schedule a same day sick visit & of course they wouldn’t answer the phones. I was finally able to talk to someone just to be spoken to in a condescending manner as if I didn’t know what I was doing. I was told I’d have to call the next day at 7am to attempt to get a sick visit appt regardless of my baby having a fever on and off. The lady didn’t even bother checking other locations for a same day appt & her lack of empathy for a child was honestly offensive. I ended up taking
