The dentist changed me for the service I didn’t get. I don’t feel happy with the experience and I called to cancel my upcoming appointments. As long as I told the front desk I’m not happy so I have to cancel the appointments. She didn’t ask my feedback, instead she hanged up on me. That’s the worst service I ever had.

We just moved to CA and visited dr Liu to get my son’s teeth taken care of. It used up the max paid by insurance 2k, and we paid > 1k out of pocket. It was removal of 2 teeth and some fillings. I called to ask for the before insurance cost, the numbers they gave do not add up correctly, despite they are very high — $316 per extraction, $100 per sealant, $104 x ray, and $146 exam. My son has done much complicated work than this multiple times before we move with a fraction of cost

We’ve been seeing Dr. Liu for about 2-3 years based on friends’ recommendations. His assistants are really good with kids. The kids can chose a movie to watch while they are seated in the chair for cleaning. The dentist seems good and thorough from what we can tell. So far no cavities — knock on wood. And they get a prize before they leave. We plan to continue to see him! No complaints or issues.

My son loves this place - he's five and has been coming here since he was just a few months old. The staff are amazing, there's a full set of video entertainment above each chair to distract the kids while things are happening, and most importantly, his teeth are doing great.

Dr. Liu has been our two children's dentist for almost 10 years! Dr. Liu and his staff has shown nothing but kindness, compassion, understanding and a truly caring approach to my children. We have always had prompt, friendly and professional dental services and appointments are always easy to make. The dentists and hygienists are meticulous but gentle and very kind. We highly recommend Dr. Liu and his staff.
