The reception personnel have not been very helpful in explaining or clarifying future expenses, which makes it difficult to understand potential costs in advance. There seems to be a lack of effort in exploring how insurance coverage applies. Instead of submitting claims first, I feel like the focus is on charging patients directly without verifying what insurance will cover. Despite having 2–3 receptionists present, the assistance provided is minimal, and it’s unclear what their responsibilities are during patient visits.

I found this dentistry through Google Maps reviews, so I decided to leave a review too, to help others decide. We had a super smooth, fun, and interactive experience with my toddler. Even though he is only 2.5 years old, the hygienist showed him how to brush, let him choose the flavor of the paste, encouraged him to try brushing himself, and then checked by asking him. The doctor was very good with my toddler. He initially cried since the place was unfamiliar, and he had just woken up from his nap, but he left the place so happy and with a big smile. After the session, the doctor gave him a token to put into the game machine outside, where my kiddo could get himself a small toy. He loved the experience. For us, it was zero stress but so much fun! Highly recommend this place! Also very cooperative and accommodating when it comes to scheduling the appointments!

My boys (10 and 11) have been seeing Dr. Quo for several years now. The office is super clean and the way each room is decorated is so fun. My boys have always been super comfortable during their cleanings with the dental hygienists and during their exams with Dr. Quo. He’s nice, friendly, gentle, asks how school and sports are going, and he explains all he’s examining which is much appreciated. We recently met Dr. Sheila and she is awesome too. Great place!

My daughter had a great experience at peninsula pediatric dentistry. Dr Quo was amazing: patient, kind and he did a great job. His team was very supportive and kind too. She actually left his office very happy and wanted to come back. I will definitely recommend Dr Quo and his team.

Dr. Quo is really patient with kids. I always tell him I feel like he has the hardest and most stressful job in the world (who else has to make little people hold still for 30 minutes while you're doing uncomfortable things to them while the parent hovers anxiously two feet away?). Our two boys have been seeing Dr. Quo for over 10 years and he is wonderful. Dr. Sheila is also wonderful.
