Excellent experience!! We love the quality of care provided by Dr Nguyen, and the other Drs, as well as techs and staff. Not sure if this was their intention but truly the establishment’s name is upheld: the care does make our kid feels like she’s seen by family during these ortho visits. Awesome culture, pls keep up the great work!!!

I just finished my Invisalign and now on the retainers. I always wanted to straighten my teeth since I never had braces. S&D was recommended to me by my dentist back in 2020– went through the process in February 2025. The experience was overall okay but felt transactional. Every visit i had a different smile expert so the expertise varied and didn’t know what to expect. Depending on the day you get a different doctor to review your teeth. The time was short and i was told everything looks good each time. I was asked if i am satisfied with my smile… it confuses me because how am i supposed to know? My teeth did not need severe adjustment so the changes are subtle. I rely on their expertise to know what looks good, maybe I am wrong to think that? My last visit, the smile expert seemed new because as they were polishing off the buttons from my teeth, another smile expert was asking if my smile expert needed help. Later, trying on my retainers doctor asked if it felt okay. Im not sure what requires feeling “okay” besides it being able to fit on my teeth and not feeling tight. When i visited my dentist for a cleaning few days after, the doctor noticed cement still remaining on a lot

I am 100% satisfied by the orthodontic treatment the doctor recommended for my 13 year old son. My son's teeth had crowding and other places recommended to extract 3~4 teeth. Dr. Lee provided a treatment plan without extracting teeth. I am so glad that I did not have to extract my son's teeth. So professional and efficient treatment process with the doctors and ortho dental technicans whenever we go in, not to mention the kind and smiling faces of people at the front desk.

All of the staff at Sons & Daughters are extremely polite, friendly, helpful, and positive. They genuinely care about each patient’s progress. My child never leaves an appointment feeling criticized or uncared for. We are especially grateful for all of the help and care we have received from Christina and Naomi! Thank you!
