We love Dr Updike and her staff! They are professional, yet warm and fun. We felt like family celebrating all the holidays together with our mthly visits and we will miss that. The facility is open and airy and you can see the staff spraying and wiping down the chairs, tables, and everything used after each patient. They even have video games set up in the lobby for waiting patients or siblings. The office immediately accommodated us whenever we had a bracket or wire emergency. I guess that’s one of the perks of having a neighborhood doctor. We originally chose Dr Updike for our orthodontic needs because she was the only surgeon amongst all the orthodontists in the area. I had unexpected surgery when I had braces, so it was important for my daughter to have a qualified doctor. Her braces came off today without a hitch, but the reassurance and peace of mind it gave me was worth the research. I highly recommend the well trained staff and meticulous Dr Updike to anyone who has children of age for braces! Promise you will be sad to leave them when it’s all said and done.

Dr. Updike and her staff are excellent at their work! Throughout my entire treatment, my family and I have felt nothing but pure welcoming and hospitality. I’ve never felt like an outsider when visiting the office. I’d love to restart my treatment just to be with the wonderful staff. The whole experience truly did feel wholesome and warm. Dr. Updike really did make me start to love smiling. Huge thanks to her and her staff for their fantastic work!

Genuinely the best experience for us. We tried another orthodontist previously and it ended up being the worst. Felt so guilty as a parent to put my child in that position just because the price was a bit less. Didn’t realize how bad dental experience could be. Was later recommended to try Updike Orthodontics and the difference was incredible. The staff there truly is amazing: gentle, caring, and sincere. Also very refreshing unlike other offices there is a full support staff. My child went from dreading going to the orthodontist to now feeling at ease. Dental work is what it is and prices are what they are. But in the market Updike Orthodontic is very reasonable and honestly you get what you pay for. The Dr is great and so is her team. Wish I would have made a better decision and just started off here. Hope this review is a help to any parents trying to do the best for their kid.

Dr. Updike has been the orthodontist for our family, and we truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. Two of my children have already completed their treatment here, and our third child will be starting soon — which says a lot about the trust we have in her and her team. She is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and caring. From the very first consultation, she took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan clearly and thoughtfully. As a parent, I truly appreciate how she makes sure both the kids and parents feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The entire office is warm, welcoming, and very well organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and appointments run smoothly. My children actually feel relaxed coming here, which speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere Dr. Updike and her team have created. Most importantly, the results have been amazing. We’ve seen such beautiful improvement in our children’s smiles, and we are truly grateful for the excellent care she provides. I highly recommend Dr. Updike to any family looking for a trustworthy, professional, and compassionate orthodontist.

It’s been more than a year since we first visited Updike Orthodontics dental clinic. My girlfriend will complete her Invisalign treatment soon! The staffs are very nice and professional over here, busy sometimes, clean floor, nice environment and holiday elements decorations!
