I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I came in with severe tooth pain that was affecting my daily life, causing headaches and making it difficult to eat or even sleep. I left feeling like my concerns about my pain were not taken seriously. Instead of discussing every possible option to save my teeth, I felt like extraction was presented as the primary solution. As a patient, I wanted to understand whether there were any alternatives before losing my teeth, but I didn’t feel that those options were fully explored or explained. I was also frustrated with my pain management. Despite being in extreme pain, I was only advised to take ibuprofen, which had already not been helping. I left the appointment still suffering and feeling unheard. I believe patients deserve to have all treatment options explained, to be involved in decisions about their care, and to have their pain addressed with compassion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Fast friendly service. Never had a problem with this dentist in the 15 plus years I have been going there. I would recommend Sierra Gateway Dental. Multiple insurance providers are accepted.

The office was willing 2 work me in their busy schedule. They had me call the previous office 4 the x-rays 2 be emailed 2 this office. That took less than 1/2 hour. Then Dentist did clean, & hygienist polished my teeth after fax received. Then they chose 2 ultrasonic ally clean my mouth guard, & the retainer used nightly. The Dentist recommended that I C an orthodontist 4 a tightening on just the bottom retainer Only! Thank God.

Today was my first visit and I must admit I was extremely anxious. I've experienced painful appointments before, but I'm pleased to say that this was not the case. My first impression was the receptionist and Pamela was extremely pleasant and professional. Next is Sage- the dental assistant, she was bubbly and calming which was what I needed. Then the doctor himself - Dr. Atul Karia is absolutely amazing and professional. His quiet demeanor and professionalism are outstanding. I'd recommend to all who needs dental work. I'm extremely pleased with the work I had done and will be back. Just to update I had my tooth extraction today and the nephew was my dentist and I must admit I'm extremely satisfied and impressed with the workmanship and kindness he showed me. The Dentists are professional and very kind. I was absolutely scared BUT I maintained and it was a success!!

The best Denist by far. Dr Karia is gentle, caring and tells you exactly what he is going to do. He did my extractions numb to where I felt no pain at all. He did all of my bone grafts. He also did my dentures as well. During the time that I had nose and face cancer. He has been very concerning and taking care of every little problem that I have come up with making changes to my dentures as needed due to the cancer surgery. I love his staff as well they're very professional and caring could not find a better office or dentist. I would give a 10-star rating if I could.
