Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. We’ve been coming here for decades so we are not new. We were here for our regular cleaning. I was greeted by the receptionist with “Christine?” as she was attempting to show she recognized me. If you are not 100% sure of someone’s name, why not just say “good morning, how can I help you?” Trust me, it’s much better than assuming someone’s name then being wrong. I knew I owed for today’s cleaning and was prepared to pay upon arrival. Receptionist says she’ll check on it and let me know. 30 minutes later, she calls me up to pay then tells me we’re not due for an exam until next month and do I want one today. Huh? I told her we live an hour away and I’m not coming back next month, so I’ll skip it. Always a frustrating experience.

Upon my arrival I was taken back and the Doctor conducted my exam gave me his recommendations and following after Veronica took me to her area for a teeth cleaning. The process was pretty seemless and my stay lasted approximately 1 hour. Upon leaving the great service continued and I was scheduled for my next appointment! I would definitely recommend Hospitality Dental to my family and friends!

Had my first root canal ever done today. I definitely have not been a go to the dentist person, the anxiety and fear has always kept me away as an adult. Tia was amazing, she definitely put me at ease with the whole process and made sure I was doing great the whole time. Dr Nakashima was great! Her attention to detail and answering my questions while managing her patients. They made a great team and I couldn't have been more greatful for a great experience.

I came in today for a simple permanent filling on my crown, I waited in the chair longer than I would if I had to be numbed for the procedure, which I wasn’t. While waiting for the doctor to treat me the treatment coordinator Maria showed me a print out with the total out of pocket cost of $12.60 and had me sign a different form with no pricing agreement attached to it. When the treatment was completed I proceeded to remove the protective glasses off my eyes and the dental assistant Rosie rudely told me “The eyewear is ours!” as if I was trying to steal them. I then told her trust me I don’t want them. Upon check out I was given a different out of pocket amount of $14.10. I let the front desk receptionist know that’s not what was showed to me by Maria chair side before the procedure. She then called Maria for a copy and she brings two different documents one with my signature and one without with the $1.50 difference on the printout that I was previously shown. I know it’s not much of a difference but there shouldn’t be a difference at all. While trying to understand why I’m being charged a different co pay the receptionist’s hands were visibly shanking while taking my payment. The

We love our dentist office so much Dr. Amy, Tina and Gina are the sweetest trio in dentistry. My kids always feel welcome and comfortable. Even in painful situations they feel safe and know it's only gonna last but a few seconds because these women know how to soothe their worries. So thankful for this dentistry. The pineapple theme tho! If you know you know. 🍍🦷🪥
