I feel so fortunate to have found such an exceptional dentist and an amazing team! From the very beginning, they have treated me with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care\. My dentist is not only incredibly skilled, but truly listens and makes me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. The assistants are wonderful and always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for\. Dental treatment can be overwhelming, but having such a compassionate team by my side has made all the difference. Also Josseline who took my xrays was great and gentle. I’m truly grateful for each of them and couldn’t recommend this office more highly! ❤️🌺

Great staff, been coming here for years. Invisalign, perfecting brushing / flossing techniques, and optimizing around your insurance. Michelle and Mari are very kind and helpful

Came here in a lot of pain, walked out with a good treatment and payment plan. Staff was nice and accommodating.

The front staff are not friendly. They were between 30 minutes to an hour late all 3 times I went. They did not inform me when I checked in that they were running over an hour late. Communication would be helpful. The girl that cleaned my teeth did not clean them very well or spend much time cleaning them. The whitening tray they made me after I did the in office whitening was very sloppy and they did not cut it down enough. It was hurting my mouth so I ended up cutting it myself later. Overall just poor communication, poor customer service, poor timeliness, and poor quality.

Visiting Santa Barbara and within our first hour my son had a wire come loose on his braces. It was 4:50pm and I desperately called See Me Smile and David at the reception desk told me to come in and they'd help us. I was so grateful!! They told us that they required one X-ray which I didn't like, but would only be $20. The technician saw my son, she was so nice and was able to fix my son's braces right away. He was in a lot of pain, so it was such a relief. When we were finished they only charged us $20 for the X-ray. What an awesome business that didn't nickel and dime us on our vacay! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I'd highly recommend them.
