Dr. Chen was referred to me by my kid’s dentist for being a smart and thorough doctor. He did an amazing job helping me understand what was going on with my teeth and thoroughly answered any questions I had about the treatment and its necessity. He also helped me calm down when I was getting anxious about the treatment. I had a great experience with the staff as well who tried very hard to help me find an in-network general dentist while I was undergoing my root canal. So sweet! Root canals are no joke and I’d always rather go to an endodontist for them, and I’m so glad I did.

I had an excellent experience at RootVision Endo. I was in a lot of pain, and they were able to get me in for an appointment right away. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and professional the office was. One thing I really appreciated was the transparency. Mika let me know exactly what my copay and treatment costs would be before anything was done, so there were absolutely no surprises. The dentist and the assistants were outstanding. They were also gentle and took the time to explain everything. Most importantly, I’m no longer in pain, and the treatment was a complete success. I’m truly grateful to everyone at RootVision Endo for making what could have been a stressful experience so smooth. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my close friends and family. If you need a root canal, this is the place to go!

Lack of transparency about insurance coverage and unexpected charges. Not recommended. My general dentist referred me to this office because they are supposedly in-network with my Anthem Blue Cross HMO for a root canal. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff told me I would have to pay $154.99 because my insurance only partially covered the root canal and did not cover the consultation. That seemed extremely high for an in-network specialist, so I decided not to move forward and called my insurance company before paying. After speaking with Anthem Blue Cross HMO Member Services, they confirmed that this office is in-network and that my specialist copay should only be $45. The representative even called the office directly to clarify the coverage. I was then told that because I had left the appointment, the office now needed to submit an authorization request to my insurance, and I would have to wait 2–4 weeks before they could schedule me again. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after taking 2.5 hours of sick time off work for an appointment that went nowhere. What was equally disappointing was the customer service. Dr. Yun demonstrated exceptional precision and expertise during my apicoectomy procedure. He successfully traced and treated the original root canal performed over 50 years ago to eliminate a recent infection, while preserving as much of my natural tooth structure as possible -- something I deeply appreciated. My general dentist was genuinely impressed after reviewing both the pre- and post-operative images and specifically commented on the quality of Dr. Yun's work. At my 6-month follow-up appointment, the infection was completely gone and healthy tissue had regenerated beautifully. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Yun's skill, attention to detail, and conservative approach to treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Yun to anyone seeking an endodontist with outstanding technical ability and professionalism.

Ok so today I had an appointment for a root canal on two lower back teeth everything went very well i loved and appreciate how clean everything looked 🙏🏼. The part I didn't like was the anesthesia injection of course 😭 was a little painful but after that I felt no pain whatsoever Dr. Chen and his assistant were very nice and caring and always asked me if I was ok 🙏🏼 can't forget to comment how fast and efficient he was.
