I was referred to Dr. Phan’s practice due to an unusual condition I was experiencing (resorption). Dr. Phan evaluated the situation and offered 2 options, 1 less invasive with a reasonable chance it would take care of the problem, but not certain since the affected area was very close to the pulp where the nerve was. I chose the less invasive procedure hoping I could save my tooth. He and 2 assistants worked on this procedure so carefully orchestrated that I was in awe at how well the three of them communicated and each performed their respective roles. They communicated to me what was going to happen, checked in to my comfort level, pre-arranged hand signals if I needed anything-which I never did-and were so kind and friendly during the entire time. Given this condition was so rare, I was even more impressed with how competently they handled my care given the un-routine nature of it. Unfortunately, my nerve did not like the procedure and I did have to get the root canal a few months later, so I had another opportunity to experience the team at work. My experience with Dr. Phan and his team was awesome. I was a nervous wreck when I came to get my root canal, but they all made me feel comfortable by easing my anxiety. The procedure was done and I went shopping when I left. I have nothing but good things to say about this team!!

Excellent service and I have had excellent results from the root canal I had five years ago. Dr. Phan and all the staff are so capable and kind. The follow up during these five years has been excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Phan.

Staff is professional, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Phan saved me from a root canal nightmare. Came to him with an infection due to a previous root canal elsewhere and he was able to save my tooth, treat infection and I was able to nicely fully recover. Dr is very thorough throughout the process and makes you feel comfortable from beginning to end. Does not rush during appointments and is communicative.
