I arrived early allot time for filling forms out and checking in. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30pm and I was taken to the room at exactly 12:30pm—so far so good! I was told to wait and the Dr would be right with me—completely normal! I waited..and waited…..and waited. After over 35 minutes of waiting and no Dr or staff to check in with me or acknowledge the wait, I stood up to leave. At which point one of the front desk ladies met me and after I acknowledged the very long wait time, she told me she would check to see how much longer and that she would get her manager to come talk to me. I waited 2 more minutes before I decided to walk to the front desk. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the dentist chair without seeing a Dr or knowing anything. I was told that sometimes other patients may have unexpected things that may need more time—which, as I told them, I completely understand and agree with! But what I challenged is the complete lack of communication or attention to the patient waiting. I was also told that they would typically recommend patients to allot 2 hours for a consult appointment—not a procedure—a consult. That is unreasonable and lacks care for othe

Excellent care. I was a complex, challenging case and my Dentist was very thoughtful in his approach, modifying the plan to the conditions and performing high quality care with perfect anesthesia. He took extra time to write further recommendations for my regular Dentist to update my plan. His skill and level of experience were evident throughout the procedure which was much faster and smoother than my expectations. He showed intense focus throughout the work with attention to detail. My results have been excellent to date. I highly recommend!

I had an appointment with Dr. Diogenes and can’t recommend him enough. He is a professor of neuroscience with a private practice, and I felt very lucky to have had someone with such expertise to work with. I am very happy with the level of care I received and will be returning for any future work needed.

Dr. Diogenes is amazing! I was a little anxious about getting a root canal but he put me at ease every step of the way. Very kind and informative. I think that he is only there on certain days of the week but can’t recommend him enough. Dr. Dinyarian is great too but only saw her on my initial diagnosis. The rest of the staff was really nice too

The VA. Sent me here for a root canal. I am so happy they did. I had two visits two weeks apart, the 1st visit was to reduce infection which I did have a bad infection the second visit was for the root canal. Both visits were conducted in a very professional and experienced manner. DR. Dinyarian is the best dental doctor I have ever had experience with. The facility is clean and modern. All of the staff was polite and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. Overall great experience and very professional.
