I had an excellent experience at Vaughn Endodontics. Dr. Eitter is an exceptional Endodontist with a chair-side manner to match. she thoroughly reviewed and explained all my 3D images and issues. I felt like Dr. Eitter and Sara were concerned with my comfort and she was very attentive during the entire process. Her skillful precision and ultramodern office equipment resulted in a pleasantly pain-free quick procedure with limited recovery time. This was my first root canal. Her staff was organized, professional, and personable. If you're needing an endodontist, insist that your dentist refer you to Dr. Eitter You won't be disappointed!

The staff is very professional and makes you feel like you are their only client deserving of the best care possible. Dr. Eitter and Sara made sure I understand what was happening every step of the way and that I was comfortable throughout. Let's face it, getting a root canal is not something you look forward to. I was pleasantly surprised that they reduced my anxiety and made the process less stressful. These two professionals are awesome. There was a mix up with the script for one of the medications I was to take. (The mix up was on the part of the pharmacy and not Vaughn Edodontics.) They answered my call after hours and worked to make sure my script was ready within the hour. Bottom line, I highly recommend this group to anyone needing endodontic services.

To say that Dr. Eitter and staff are professional is a gross understatement. I can’t put into words how well this endodontist office functions. Your comfort and concerns are put first and foremost. The doctor answers all of your questions with clear and concise answers that makes it easy for even the most lay person to understand. As a physician, I try to practice in this way every day and I do. Sadly, I see many other offices, not operating in this manner. Not because they are bad providers, but because the demands on their time makes them seem that way. I am sure that Dr Eitter has many demands on our time, but somehow she still finds a way to make it look like she’s got all the time in the world for you. Thank you Dr. Eitter for turning a nerve-racking initial experience into a very pleasant one. I never had the slightest bit of pain from start to finish. And she did warn me about pain for the next few days after the procedure; however, I am happy to report I have zero pain post procedure the next day. I only wish that she did full-spectrum dentistry, not just endodontics.

Sara was great! Very welcoming and calming throughout the whole process. Dr. Eitter was very explanatory and attentive to my well-being. I was actually so comfortable and pain free during the procedure that I kept dozing off. Hopefully I don’t need any future root canals but if I do, I’ll definitely be coming back here.

Amazing team! Dr Eitter and her assistant were very professional! And very warm and caring. I was so nervous when I got there and they both explained everything and were so patient and kind. Front office so friendly and helpful. The entire procedure was flawless! . Highly recommended!
