My first impression of Rodeo Dental was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly helpful, courteous, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. I saw Dr. K, and he did an outstanding job of explaining everything that was going to take place, answering my questions, and making sure I knew exactly what to expect. He delivered on every aspect of what he explained, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. It’s not often you come across an office where the entire staff makes such a positive impression. I would absolutely recommend Rodeo Dental to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and genuinely caring dental team. Great experience all around!

My experience, with rodeo dental was really awesome. I was scared to go in, but Maribel was there, and she walked me through all the steps that they were going to do. Maribel made me feel so much better and made my experience even better! Thank you Rodeo dental for having such amazing staff!

We had an appointment today at 6:45 am for my son to get a cap on his tooth. We arrived at 6:45 and were told Dr would be in shortly. Mind you my son has not ate since 6pm the night before per protocol. We sat in the room for 1.15 mins before I finally walked to desk and asked ETA of doctor, was met with nothing but “the doctor has other patients he’s working on” and a whole lot of attitude. I went back to room and waited another 5 mins before I walked back to desk to let them know we would be leaving. Had someone maybe stepped in, apologized for the wait and tried to provide some kind of eta, or hell turn on the tv or something for my son we would have been more apt to wait. Receptionist was not happy that we left, all she did was shake her head. Go ahead shake it! My time is of value too, my child is hungry and getting cranky, we will not be sitting and waiting hours on end. Received a call at 9:10 AM letting us know Dr was ready. So you’re telling me, we would have waited 2.5hrs ? Absolutely not. There’s plenty other dentists out there that will be ready at your appointment time.

They are truly the best dentists in Irving. I had a great experience during my visit, and the team did everything possible to ensure I left with a bright, clean smile. Their excellent teamwork and coordination really stand out. They are awesome and come highly recommended! Wail ..

I had a very positive experience at this dental office. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Karen, Crystal, and Angel, Estefani were extremely helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. Dr. Yemba was very kind, took the time to explain my care clearly, and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. Maribel was also friendly and supportive. I truly appreciate the excellent service and care provided by this team. Highly recommended. ⭐
