I was really happy with all the assistants that made my baby girl feel so comfortable and special. I was really impressed by the way they had patience and were all helpful in just her taking some x ray pictures. She was very happy with her balloons and her little squishy toys. I would definitely recommend this dental office to my family and friends.

Be ready to wait an hour, I took my daughter this week and they forgot to put her appointment in the system. We waited an hour before my daughter was seated in the chair on a mistake the office did. We were there punctually at 7:25am for her 7:30am appointment and she was seen at at exactly 8:31am. They saw her for like 5 minutes and we left out the door at 8:37am. The staff and doctors are nice and friendly, but wait time was not acceptable. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

Everybody was super nice & the doctor and assistant were very kind and understanding with my toddler who was scared and crying. The reviews about this place are very true. I'm glad I came here with my toddler.

I called in a high anxiety state seeking a third opinion to Children's Dallas, the next opening was a few months out. They referred me to Dr. Morgan, I called and was fortunate to receive a same day appointment. The check in process was fairly smooth and we were called back shortly, the X-ray tech, while soft spoken...was excellent with my also anxious and hyperactive 5 year old. He gave helpful and comforting tips to my son and despite having to take multiple pictures, was extremely mild mannered. Dr. Morgan popped into the room within 10 minutes and met my son at his level spending about my son's attention span physically assessing his bite, inflammation, cavities, and other dental concerns. He was so reassuring and got to know us as people as well. The other doctor, Enrique Ramirez, was equally as personable and professional. There was clear camaraderie between the team. Ms. Iris was extremely helpful and informative about the payment process and pre operational expectations. Overall, wonderful experience and so blessed to have found them. They were able to schedule the surgery, verify insurance and comprise a "patient portion pay" SAME DAY and booked the surgery for the future

From walking through the door, the staff & medical team were phenomenal! I’ve taken all 5 of my children here since they were 6 months old. The office is older but always clean & inviting. They have taken excellent care of my 1 child with special needs. Also, they are very straightforward & don’t try to break your budget. Highly recommend & have sent many referrals.
