I have been a patient of Dr. Prater for a good couple years now. The service is fantastic and the entire staff is friendly and wonderful!🤗🤗 I love that Dr.Prater is very kind and patient. She listens to my concerns throughout my treatment and does her best to offer solutions. For example a few months ago, I started having jaw pain from clenching and grinding my teeth throughout the day and brought this concern to her. It's being monitored for the time being and currently trying out some suggestions she offered. When i came to her with my concern she really listened and asked questions to try find the root cause behind my teeth clenching. It's still a working progress at the moment but I know im in good hands because I trust Dr. Prater and her work 👍🙂 What I appreciate about Dr. Prater is that she will not hesitate to be firm when needed. My first orthdontic treatment was at age 15 with another orthdontist who was also great however, i admit I was not very responsible on my end and was let off the hook by the doctor way too many times 😅 which led me to seek orthodontic treatment with Dr. Prater many, many years later. First time patient here as a referral and my experience has gone very well. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful when guiding you through paperwork and payment. Dental staff are also very nice and accommodating. Looking forward to continuing my treatment here!

Always a pleasure coming into the office. Dr. Prater is always so kind and constantly checks in on your progress. Jose is also always so kind and welcoming as well as the front desk staff. Could not be happier with my treatment so far!

They were very nice and polite. The doctor was super professional and my child was very curious of all the dental gadgets for his braces and his questions were answered by the orthodontist.
