I recently visited the clinic to care for my kid visiting out of town and the doctor refused to provide service for an emergency stating liability. Obviously they do not care about patient care. Only money. These are the times when you truly see when a medical professional does the job because the care about people or the only care about money.

I highly recommend this orthodontic office! I had the best experience throughout my entire treatment, and I truly appreciate Dr. Poggio and her amazing team. Dr. Poggio is incredibly gentle, understanding, and caring. She always took the time to listen to my concerns and never pressured me into making decisions I wasn’t comfortable with. She is very thorough, explains everything clearly, and always recommends the best options for her patients. The staff is what makes this office truly special. Everyone is kind, patient, friendly, and welcoming. From my very first visit, I felt safe and comfortable. I trust the entire team because it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and always want the best for them. My entire orthodontic journey was smooth and stress-free. I had no issues throughout my treatment, and I’m so happy with my results. I love my new smile and I’m incredibly grateful for the care, kindness, and support I received from Dr. Poggio and the whole team. Thank you for making this experience so positive and memorable. I truly appreciate everything you have done for me!

We had a great experience with Dr. Poggio's clinic and from her team. We had consulted with other offices around the area but as soon as we met with Rita, office mgr, we felt at ease. She explained everything in detail, the expectations, payment, etc. Dr. Poggio is very nice and professional. I liked the fact that she did not to pull any teeth prior to treatment and my son qualified for invisalign treatment versus metal braces. I was told otherwise by other clinics. I trusted Dr. Poggio's expertise and glad we made the right decision. Dr. Poggio listens to her patients and parent's concerns and adjusts treatment plans as needed. The office has very good response time in answering messages or emails. I definitely recommend Dr. Poggio's orthodontics services.

I appreciate how easy it is to communicate with this office. When I had questions about caring for my braces after an adjustment, someone responded quickly and gave practical advice. The treatment has been progressing steadily, and I feel informed rather than left guessing about what's happening next.

Such friendly and kind staff!! I especially appreciate Savannah she was very sweet and made me feel comfortable and less judged about getting braces. She also explained everything super well from insurance to treatment. The other staff from the front desk to orthodontist were also wonderful as well!! I can’t wait to get my braces done by them 🦷
