One of the worst places for admin I have ever experienced. The front office team is abhorrent, in my opinion. Twice now my telehealth appointments have not panned out. I've waited patiently for my time, and in the second one I was on the zoom call for 10 mins and nobody responded or gave me a phone call back. I've now paid $5 for one appointment, and both of them the doctor was a no show. When I call them, I often get sent to voicemail, and office staff don't even call back in an appropriate manner. I will be switching PC providers for sure. Absolute joke of an admin operation.

Dr. Duy is okay, but the front desk staff has made this one of the most frustrating medical offices I’ve dealt with. Every time I call, they rush me off the phone before answering all my questions. They often cut me off with “okay bye” and hang up before the conversation is finished. In person, the environment feels just as uncomfortable. When you walk in, there’s usually no greeting at all. They look at you, look back at the computer, and you have to awkwardly announce yourself just to check in. Scheduling appointments is also unnecessarily confusing. Multiple times I’ve been told I didn’t have an appointment, only for them to look again and suddenly find it. Then there’s confusion over whether it’s in-person or virtual. This has happened repeatedly, and it really makes you question how disorganized their system is. What’s especially disappointing is that this office presents itself as one of the largest trans-friendly medical centers in Orange County, but the experience does not feel welcoming or affirming. I’m chronically ill and have seen a lot of doctors. I don’t have HIV/AIDS but I was banking on a clinic specializing in a disease that any new symptom could be life threatening being good at listening to people and it paid off. This might have been one of the best medical experiences I’ve had in years.

Been a client of radiant since it was ASF. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go in 13 years, but I will note that CW Lupe and HIV specialist Dr Lochner are the most attentive and wonderful people in the area for healthcare, today Lupe helped me with a clinical resolve and urgency I value.

I am sharing this to warn other patients about Dr. Duy Nguyen. I was perfectly healthy before my check-up with Dr. Nguyen. After the visit, I experienced months of unresolved pain. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and the issue was misdiagnosed. As a result, my condition worsened instead of improving, and I later developed complications that required further medical attention. When I sought medical advice or guidance from the medical clinic, my concerns went unanswered due to the doctors to lack accountability, which made it difficult to receive proper care in a timely manner . This experience caused significant physical pain and emotional distress. Because of this Doc I had a couple mental breakdowns and panic attacks I’ve never been the same unfortunately. While I am not comfortable detailing everything publicly here, I strongly encourage patients especially women to advocate for themselves and seek second opinions if something is clearly unethical. This urgently needs to be taken seriously and reviewed appropriately.

I had an amazing experience with Michelle — she was super helpful and made me feel comfortable every step of the way while signing up for services. She kept the conversation light and welcoming, and made sure to remind me that if I ever needed anything, she was there to help. Her support made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. I also want to give a huge thank you to the rest of the staff, especially the really nice woman at the front desk. You all rock! I’m truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism.

Dr. Duy and the rest of the staff at Radiant are the best. I am grateful for all the resources they offer. I'm able to get my blood work done in house and they even had a therapist I was able to see. Highly recommend to anyone in the LGBTQIA+ Community

Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Robert along with the entire staff have given me the highest level of care while teaching me so much about what my medical issues were and how to address them. They are two of the kindest people I have ever met in my life and their level of care and professionalism is unmatched. They have made my life worth living. This is the highest level of care around with unmatched resources and care. Thank Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Robert my quality of life keeps getting better because of your care. 🙏🙏
