Horrible, Anna is on a high horse treat you as a number no bedside manners, lack of knowledge miss -diagnosed me I ended up getting worse and she didn’t even provide treatment for my sickness! Save your frustration and $ and DON’T ever go to ANNA JUROVICH, if you want to get well because she will NOT help you!

Be careful if you’re getting any exams done here. I’m now being charged by a doctor I’ve never even seen. Apparently, they contract outside physicians to read exam results—but that was never made clear to me beforehand. My primary doctor, who ordered the exam, is fully capable of reviewing the results, so this additional charge feels unnecessary and misleading. Now I’m expected to pay for a service I didn’t request, from a provider I’ve never met. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like patients are being hit with unexpected charges without proper transparency.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hoag Health Center, Genetic Testing in Irvine. At the time of testing, I was explicitly told that my out-of-pocket cost would not exceed $395. However, I was later shocked to receive a bill for $945—more than double the quoted amount! I reached out to financial services numerous times in an effort to resolve this issue. Despite being assured that my case would be reviewed and researched, no meaningful assistance was provided. Instead, I received a notice threatening collections. When I called again and offered to pay the originally quoted amount of $395, I was informed this was unacceptable. The only concession they made was a mere 10% discount, which hardly addressed the problem. BEWARE if you’re considering Hoag Health Center for genetic testing or any other services. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve billing disputes is unacceptable. There’s a reason they aren’t ranked #1, and my experience highlights why.

I went to Hoag Health Center in Irvine for their podiatry services. While the doctor I saw was very helpful, the level of customer service and decorum from the office staff left something to be desired. This was pretty disappointing considering I've had great experiences at other Hoag locations. First of all, it is difficult to get a hold of anyone - I felt like I was always having to chase someone down for basic requests or answers. This included blood work orders, questions about medication side effects, refills, etc. The last straw was today when I reached out inquiring about a refill for a medication and was met with a rude and unhelpful response from one of the staff members. I haven't even received any aftercare instructions for when the treatment is complete (I've had to completely do my own research on this front). I plan to finish out the last bit of treatment I have left, but I will be seeking out other podiatry offices for any future needs after my experience with the Irvine Hoag Health Center admin/nursing staff.

This place needs a lot of work. Some of the staff were great 👍 to interact with while others seemed to be in competition with their coworkers to see who can be more rude to the patient and their caregivers. If given a choice, I must recommend going anywhere else. It is truly sad to see people working in the health care industry that are so inept and discourteous towards their customers.
