I really like this place and definitely recommend it. The office has a friendly, comfortable atmosphere, and the staff are welcoming. My doctor, Richard, is great — very friendly, patient, and attentive. He listens carefully, takes concerns seriously, and makes you feel comfortable during the visit. Another big plus is that they have lab testing available on site, which makes everything much more convenient. Overall, I have had a very positive experience here and I feel well taken care of every time I visit.

I had a very frustrating experience with Prism Health in Dallas, Texas. The communication before my appointment was poor, and it ended up wasting a lot of my time. I drove about an hour through prime Dallas morning traffic for my scheduled appointment, only to be told they still needed to check my insurance eligibility and referral information. This is something that easily could have been handled the week before my appointment, over the phone, by email, or electronically before asking me to come in. Instead of being seen at my appointment, I was told I would need to come back the following day. It felt very unorganized and inconsiderate of my time, especially since I had already made the drive during one of the worst times of the day for traffic. I understand insurance and referrals have to be verified, but that should be done ahead of time — not after the patient has already arrived. Better communication and preparation would have made a huge difference.

I have had the privilege to be Dr. Nguyen’s patient over the last year as my primary doctor when Vanessa left the clinic. Dr. Dan is probably the most caring, compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable physician I have had. I NEVER feel rushed and he takes his time to ensure I know all my options and treatment plan. I never leave his office in doubt about my care. Thank you Dr. Dan for being so AWESOME!

I recently visited Prism Health North Texas – Uptown Physicians Group and had a very positive experience. The clinic provides a welcoming and professional environment where patients are treated with care and respect. The medical staff were attentive, compassionate, and focused on addressing all my concerns. The facility was clean, comfortable, and efficiently managed, making the visit smooth and pleasant from start to finish. Later, I enjoyed dinner at EMILIO'S MEXICAN KITCHEN, and it was an excellent choice. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere that makes guests feel comfortable as soon as they arrive. The menu offers a great selection of Mexican favorites, each prepared with fresh ingredients and rich flavors. The service was friendly and attentive, and every dish was satisfying and well-presented. It was a wonderful dining experience that perfectly complemented an already great day.

Prism starts great. They make you feel supported and seen. Then, as soon as you're comfortable and secure, your doctor quits. You won't get help finding a new one and you'll be jerked around until you land with an NP who shows up late to your appointments. Your nurse practioner will be nice and supportive. Then he'll cut your medications, not answer when you try 20 times to call him, and not have open availability to schedule for a refill. For Zoloft and Wellbutrin. Medications that don't change that you need to not be depressed. Great clinic for abandoning patients, making them feel unseen and unsupported. A rainbow on the name does not mean they will hear and support LGBT voice in need. Take your business elsewhere.
