This place is horrible. PREGNANT WOMEN, take note! First of all, if this is your first pregnancy, BEWARE. They DO NOT let your partner inside the room with you!!! They say it’s for a pregnancy test/confirmation only and there’s no room BUT THAT IS A LIE! They had us come in two weeks later for an ultrasound and they STILL said MY PARTNER WAS NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM. THEY ARE LYING, the rooms are spacious! Makes you wonder why the male doctors don’t want another man in the room with them. Another thing, this place will constantly send you texts, multiple ones, in the same day stating arbitrary information like masks must be worn at all times. This is OUTDATED and the amount sent feels like harassment. Next, we were diagnosed weeks later with a “delayed abortion/miscarriage” and we were done with Dr. Torres because HE BELIEVES TYLENOL GIFES BABIES AUTISM. This information is FALSE; there is NO SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE based on this!!! We saw Dr. Arias instead and he contradicted EVERYTHING Dr. Torres said at our previous appointment. Dr. Torres pushed the medication or to have a d&c, but don’t go to Parkland because they will turn you away to have the miscarriage at home. Arias said

I came here for a toe nail removal because mine was tearing off from an accident, I had Dr. Steven Hoffman, and what an amazing experience I had with him, he knew I was nervous from the procedure but he carefully went through it with me and he made jokes and we talked as a way to distract me, and it really helped me out throughout the process. Amazing and funny doctor had me out in and out quick!!

This clinic is HORRIBLE at communicating. A family member went for a check up and they NEVER sent us back the results. We then went to another doctor after a month of waiting and they told us (right away) that my family member was in critical condition for XYZ levels… we then call this piece of GARBAGE clinic and they confirmed what the other clinic told us right away. IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD, but looks like hundreds of other people are saying the same thing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE DOCTORS ARE ALSO VERY RUDE AND CATCH AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU ASK BASIC QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. am I supposed to shut up and die from sickness??? DO BETTER.

Our appointments were from 8:20 to 9:00 AM, and we were incredibly impressed by the level of care we received. Dr. Tasneem is an exceptional physician who truly listens.
