I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Yuen and her incredible team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and genuinely valued as a patient. Dr. Yuen is knowledgeable, gentle, and incredibly professional. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. Ana, Kenya, and Danielle were absolutely amazing. They were warm, friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my cleaning experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible. What impressed me most was how genuinely caring everyone was. They made me feel at ease from start to finish and turned what is usually a routine dental appointment into a truly positive experience. Their attention to detail, compassion, and dedication to patient care did not go unnoticed. It is rare to find a team that is not only exceptional at what they do but also makes you feel like family. Dr. Yuen, Ana, Kenya, and Danielle are a wonderful group of women who clearly care about their patients and each other. I have been getting my cleanings here for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. My teeth always look ten times better and I really enjoy the staff. Always a 10/10 experience. I also don’t have insurance, and their prices work out great for me.

First time going and will be returning. Dr Ajala and the whole staff were so welcoming. I have horrible anxiety and I didn’t have an ounce of anxiety with them. They made me feel so comfortable and took care of me when I really needed it

I can’t say enough good things about this office. They got me in for a same‑day emergency appointment, and every single person treated me with such compassion. Dr. Ajala was incredibly thorough and honest, giving me clear options and truly excellent care. Nurse Kenya was an absolute angel—she held my hand and kept me calm during one of the most stressful moments I’ve had. And Joel showed genuine empathy from check‑in to checkout and even over the phone. Fair pricing, amazing people, and outstanding care. I’m so grateful for this team.

You can tell that the staff enjoy their work. Amy was my dental hygienist today. It was my first dentist appointment in a long time and my first visit to Plano Smile Design. She was so knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was happening the whole way through. She was a total professional and was working on my teeth with the same care and precision as someone restoring a classic painting in the Louvre. She was also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Ajala was also incredibly warm and accessible. Danielle from billing was both helpful and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dental care. They quickly eased my anxiety and exceeded all expectations!!!
