Don’t be fooled by their 5-star ratings—they solicit 5-star reviews from patients in exchange for a small giveaway. I strongly advise others to STAY AWAY from this practice due to persistent issues with billing, insurance handling, poor communication, and quality of care. The front office appears to experience high staff turnover, and administrative management has been consistently sloppy. When my husband first began treatment here, he provided both of our dental insurance policies so claims could be submitted to primary and secondary insurers. Although the office accepted both insurance cards, they only submitted claims to the primary provider and completely neglected the secondary policy. Upon completion of his treatment, the office required him to pay the remaining balance out of pocket, assuring him they would file the secondary claim later and refund any overpayment. That refund never came. When I later began treatment at the same practice, I also submitted both insurance policies. At no point was I informed that they do not file secondary claims. Once my treatment was supposedly finished, I was asked to pay an out-of-pocket balance that should have been processed through s

I was very nervous before I visited, But Dr Jang’s professional treatment and all the friendly staff made me feel comfortable. And they try to get patients to make same-day appointments if possible. (I lost my gold tooth yesterday, and I was able to see the doctor within 24 hours, and that was golden time.)

I just left this office after having a filling break, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They got me in quickly, fixed the issue right away, and had me back on my way with no hassle. The team was professional, efficient, and made the whole experience easy. Really appreciate how fast they handled everything. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here! I came in for a second look, and they were able to get me a same-day appointment within the hour. The doctor thoroughly educated me on the condition of my teeth, put together a clear treatment plan, and even completed a deep cleaning during the same visit. Highly recommend!
