I cannot say enough amazing things about this dental office and their incredible staff. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with such genuine kindness and professionalism. The entire team is not only extremely friendly but also truly attentive. They make you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. The front desk team is absolutely outstanding, especially Bernardo, Rocio, and Vanessa. They go above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and welcoming. They are warm, organized, and always ready to help with any questions, scheduling, or concerns. You can tell they truly care about every patient who walks through the door. Abel, the dental assistant, is equally amazing. He is incredibly thorough, patient, and attentive. I love my dental office. They are so nice and patient. Customer service is amazing. I used to be afraid of the dentists, but when I came here it changed my whole perception. Dr. Garate is so patient and kind. The name Perfect Smiles fits everyone in the office. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My experience with Perfect Smiles California was awesome. They are all friendly, very welcoming and I feel very comfortable. Dr. Garate is so nice and awesome. Maria is a sweetheart she’s so nice and she make sure you know what she’s going to do next and very gentle same with Dr. Garate. All of the staff are very nice and friendly. I had a frenectomy performed in December with Dr. Garate, the procedure went smoothly and he was very informative throughout the process of the purpose, necessity, and follow-up care I should complete. The front office called me the day after my procedure to check on my pain levels and answer any questions I had. I also had my follow-up appointment today and Dr. Garate ensured that everything is continuing to heal properly while keeping me informed about the anatomy and healing process. I would recommend Dr. Garate’s office for all of your dental needs from 6-month cleanings to more involved procedures like a frenectomy.

I’ve been a patient of Perfect Smiles CA and Dr. Garate for many years now, I recently completed treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
