I recently had my first appointment at the clinic, and I must say I was very pleased with my experience. The staff were welcoming and took the time to explain the costs associated with my visit, including a detailed breakdown of my out-of-pocket expenses and what my insurance covered. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, which I appreciated greatly. Dr. Shah is an excellent dentist who prioritizes patient satisfaction, and he clearly excels at what he does. I highly recommend this practice to others. A happy patient here!

I am so grateful I found this dental office! I had been putting off finding a new dentist for years because I previously worked as an RDA and was fortunate enough to have a dentist I knew and trusted take care of my teeth. When that office closed, I was honestly nervous about finding someone new who I could trust to be honest about the treatment I actually needed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The office manager greeted me right away, and Autumn and Hazel were both incredibly sweet, professional dental assistants, and made me feel very comfortable. Doctor Shah, he was thorough, professional, kind, and—most importantly to me—honest. What really impressed me was that his recommendations were exactly in line with what I knew to be true from my own dental background, and this was before he even knew I had previously worked as an RDA. There was no pressure, no unnecessary treatment, and no feeling of being “sold” dentistry. It is such a relief to finally find a dental office where I feel I can trust the doctor and the team again. I've lived in Imperial Beach for over ten years now and I FINALLY found a dentist and his whole staff that are kind, friendly and very clean.. My dentist, Dr. Shah, takes his time with patients and explains everything and what will be best for you. I'm usually very nervous at the dentist's but Dr. Shar makes me feel at ease. His work is very professional and excellent quality. I recommend you visit his office and you will see for yourself and I know you will be pleased. It feels great to have a dentist I can be happy with!

I want to share my experience from our first visit with Dr. Parma, and I can't recommend him enough! My daughter was suffering from an abscessed tooth and was in moderate pain. Within just 10 minutes of meeting Dr. Parma, I recognized the qualities that make him an exceptional dentist. He has a wonderful personality and is incredibly thorough, explaining the treatment plan for my daughter's tooth in clear, understandable language. The professionalism of the front desk staff also stood out, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Best dentist experience I've had!! All the staff are so friendly and kind. I recently came in for a tooth extraction and actually felt no pain at all during the procedure. Dr.Shah and his assistant Melina were so awesome and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Would recommend this dental office!:)
