I had a great experience. I had an erupted wisdom tooth which got a cavity infection touching the nerves. It was late night at about 8:30PM and Dr. Spero picks up the call, evaluated my situation and told me to grab temporary filler from a pharmacy to stop the pain. It worked as a charm. Then the doctor was able to see me 8:00AM the next morning, did a full scan, examined my teeth, recommended options and eventually did the extraction. Whole team is easy to communicate. The nurse was extra nice to consider avoiding my sensitive bones in my mouth when putting the X-ray pad in. Price was also reasonable as I paid cash.

I cannot recommend Dr. Spero highly enough. After getting off work one evening, I was in terrible pain! More pain than I have ever felt before and called his office around 8 PM expecting to leave a message. Instead, he personally took the time to speak with me, listened to my concerns, and even called in a prescription to help me make it through the night. The next morning, he saw me first thing and provided exceptional care. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond for his patients made an incredibly stressful and scary situation so much easier. I also want to recognize Lexi at the front desk! I was in so much pain that even getting through the paperwork felt overwhelming and absolutely impossible! she was patient, compassionate, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. A huge thank you as well to Jocelyn, who was so down to earth, honest, and reassuring throughout the process. She took the time to explain exactly what the procedure would involve and walked me through everything step by step, which helped ease a lot of my anxiety. What a GREAT experience. The time Dr. Spero spent answering my questions and speaking to me about my issue put me at ease. It's the way doctors should treat their patients. They have an excellent staff there as well. Also, he has that tiny wand camera that takes pictures of the surface of your teeth and explains what's going on. Much easier for a lay person to understand than x-rays. I HIGHLY recommend this place. A+++++++

Dr. Spero was amazing. I was in town on vacation and realized I had a tooth infection that was causing a lot of pain over the weekend. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Dr. Spero picked up and told me he could have me in the next morning. During the appointment he informed me every step of the way and the tooth ended up needing an extraction. The whole thing took less than an hour! I would 100% recommend going to Dr. Spero, especially if it’s a dental emergency.

My experience with Pasadena Smiles was amazing! I had a scary dental emergency and needed two root canals immediately. I heard a lot about root canals so I was terrified. However, Dr. Spero coached me through the whole process and I didn’t feel any pain! I walked out feeling much better. I highly recommend going to Dr. Spero if you need a dentist. He is a true professional and the rest of the staff was great and welcoming as well. 10/10 experience
