I brought my 3 year old in for her first dentist appointment and they were all amazing with her. Her dental hygienist, Lina, calmed her nerves and explained the process step by step. My daughter sat calmly during the cleaning. The dentist followed up and was so kind with her as well. My daughter left feeling happy, comfortable and having no fear in returning in 6 months. Highly recommend this dentistry for adults and kids!

Dr. Pacheco and his team are miracle workers. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist until I was referred to Blue Door Dental. Their booking system is just as fast and efficient as their team in person - and this is rare. The care they provide calmly and gently as well as the thorough communication is above and beyond. I love knowing exactly what I’m signing up for and what to expect. Dr. Pacheco and his team will walk you through every stage of your dental treatment and I truly value their honest feedback on how to care for my teeth. From same day crowns, to sharing the excitement with me when it came to my Invisalign journey, I couldn’t agree more that they really are the best dental team in Pasadena!

Really excellent experience at Blue Door Dental. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The technology appears very modern and up-to-date, which made the visit feel efficient and professional. My hygienist was extremely thorough but also gentle — the cleaning was detailed without being painful. The dentist took time to ask thoughtful questions and gave practical advice without feeling rushed. Overall, about as good an experience as you can have at the dentist.

New patient here and I have to say it was nice to visit an office where everyone was very welcoming. I can't remember the last time I had such a pleasant experience. Denise was super nice. She explained everything she going to do and told me if I had any issue with the procedure or anything to not be afraid to let them know. Dr. Pacheco came in a introduced himself and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Then proceeded with my exam. He explained what was going on with the findings of the x-ray and voiced his concerns about what should be done before things get worse. He was very nice and I appreciated it. Then I met with Lina, who was very nice and professional. She took her time with my cleaning and made sure I was doing okay the whole time. I appreciate that she didn't rush through and made my teeth looked and felt clean. If you're looking for a nice clean office with friendly and professional staff, I definitely recommend Blue Door Dental. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I didn’t think I would ever love a local dentist’s office as much as I do… but Blue Door is the best! Most of the staff and patients have been here a while and it’s a testament to how Dr. Pacheco runs his practice. He’s definitely busy moving from patient to patient but he always makes time to explain what he does and answer. Dental care here is thorough and reasonably priced through my insurance. The people are great. Denise, Lucy, Lina & Eleanor are so welcoming and fun! I always look forward to my appointments. Billing and scheduling are a breeze with the office and they communicate well. I’ve been with Blue Door for the last year and a half since I moved to Pasadena. I’ve done routine cleaning, had chips in my teeth repaired, and just went through my aligner program. My smile and confidence has never been better! If you’re looking for a dental provider in the area, definitely take some time to check Blue Door out.
