I was very satisfied with my visit with ASTY DUVERSONNE. The front desk receptionist was friendly, professional, and had a positive attitude from check-in through check-out. The doctor listened carefully to all of my concerns, answered my questions, and provided the best possible care and assistance. The entire experience made me feel heard, valued, and well cared for.

Dr. Byrd is truly an exceptional physician. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. What sets him apart is the way he treats you—not just as a patient, but as a person. He takes the time to listen, explain, and connect, which makes every visit feel more like catching up with a trusted friend than a medical appointment. His knowledge, compassion, and dedication to his patients are evident in everything he does. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such a warm, approachable demeanor. I feel incredibly fortunate and grateful to have Dr. Byrd as my doctor, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding care.

I came in for blood work today, which was very important for my health and necessary before seeing my doctor. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member responsible for drawing my blood appeared visibly irritated when my son became upset and was crying. She gave me and my child multiple uncomfortable looks, which made me feel unwelcome and judged. I waited approximately 10 minutes while she prepared paperwork, and during that time there was no reassurance, communication, or professionalism shown. As a parent, especially with a young child who was distressed, I expected basic understanding and compassion. Instead, the environment felt hostile and dismissive. This experience was upsetting enough that I left without completing my blood work, which has now delayed my medical care. I am concerned not only about how I was treated, but also about the lack of patient-centered care and urgency for important medical needs. I would appreciate this being addressed so no other patient feels discouraged from receiving necessary care

Im satisfied with all my visits love that the provider took her time with me. I also like my last provider Bob both have great bed side manners so do the staff the MA’s and the front staff they are always understanding. Im glad they provide services for my mom, dad and husband plus my kids always recommend this location and services to friends and family

Went in for my annual exam Monday morning. The staff member that greeted and checked me in was efficient and pleasant. Called back in about 5 minutes. Medical Assistant checked my weight. BP, temperature, reviewed my meds nicely. My NP is very kind and considerate; he listens when I talk and looks at me and not the lap top. We talked about changes to my health since my last visit, reviewed meds, listened to my heart and lungs and checked my ears for fluid—had Cedar Fever recently. Ordered labs and walked me to desk to make next appt. That staff member was also polite and efficient.
