They performed fillings that were not necessary and haut fell down 2 months after and put two crowns on my teeth. They told me they needed to get approval from Medicaid before ordering the crowns. I waited nearly three months with two holes in my mouth. When I went back to ask why it was taking so long, I found out they had never even ordered the two crowns, so I had to wait even longer. Ever since I went to this office, my teeth have been extremely sensitive. I went back several times to explain that I had been in pain since the treatment, but all they told me was to use Sensodyne toothpaste. I finally decided to get a second opinion from another dentist, and they clearly told me that the work had been done incorrectly. The fillings were not done properly, which is why my teeth became so sensitive, and the crowns were also placed incorrectly. I now have to have the crowns removed and the entire treatment redone. I only went to this office because they accept Medicaid, but I deeply regret it. If you want to avoid pain, careless mistakes, and poor-quality dental work, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I want to thank the staff at this dental office. They were so professional and kind. They took really good care of me helping me feel comfortable understanding that I suffer from dental phobia. I’ve been going to this dental office for around 30 years. My first dentist at this dental office was Dr. Hansen he was one of the sweetest doctors I know. And when he retired, God bless me with another Great dentist who is very kind gentle and caring. If you’re looking for a dentist Dr.Khamsi is the Man.

Do not come to this dental office! My partner had a tooth infection and she came in to have it extraction. The dentist looked at her teeth for two minutes and turned her away immediately and said she needed to go to a dental surgeon. She could barely eat or drink anything and the dental surgeon won’t see her for over a month. Mind you they did an extraction on the lady before her, so why they turned her away with an infection is beyond me and extremely dangerous. If you love yourself and your loved ones, please do NOT bring them to this dentist office.

I can’t remember if I already gave them a 5 star review, but if I did, they get 10 stars. I am a fussy patient with all sorts of issues. They have always been EXTREMELY patient, kind and accommodating. I drive here from another county because they are worth it. What else can I say? Multicultural: Check Multilingual: check Clean: check Can I get an appointment when I want need one? Check! Always! I was kind of psyched up because they gave me some paperwork that said it would hurt. It didn’t hurt at all, and was over before I knew it. They have a secure parking lot. They have an elevator and everything looks accessible. The bathroom on the floor of the dentist is really weirdly shaped, and is not accessible, and I know there are other toilets in the building that are. That said, bring your kids, your neurodivergent friends and your peeps that don’t speak English. They have you covered!

So happy I found this office that takes Medi-cal. Dr. Dong and his team are amazing! They are thorough, professional, gentle during exams/cleanings and incredibly kind and personable. I can tell the doctor cares and wants to provide the best experience for his patients. Another huge perk is that the doctor can also do root canals, extractions and implants! I've already referred my relatives to this office for implants. Highly recommend!
