This was my first visit to Newbury, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The front desk team was friendly, organized, and very helpful. They were clearly experienced and took care of the referral process smoothly. The dental assistant was thorough and took the time to make sure everything was done carefully. I also really liked Dr. Leila. She was diligent, thoughtful, and explained each treatment option clearly without making me feel rushed. One thing that really stood out was how proactive she was. When she recommended that I see a specialist, she didn't just hand me a referral. She worked with the front desk to check whether the specialist accepted my insurance before I left. I really appreciated that extra effort because my previous dentist simply told me to call and ask them myself. Overall, everyone was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about making the experience as easy as possible. I'm glad I found this office and would definitely recommend it.

I haven’t been to a dentist since 2019 primarily because of anxiety and negative past experiences. I made a day-of appointment for a filling that fell out and saw Dr. Nguyen. It was the best dental procedure I’ve ever had. She was very informative, friendly and warm, and the rest of the staff was very helpful and kind. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment to get my other cavities filled. Thank you so much! You are all doing a fabulous job

I have been a client for several years. Very happy! Whenever I have an urgent issue (like a root canal that starts acting up in the middle of the night) the staff make an effort to get me in the very next morning. Cleanings feel thorough. Doctors are friendly.

The staff at Newbury dental are friendly and efficient. Appointments start on time and all procedures are thoroughly explained before started. Dr. Nguyen is my dentist and she is wonderful. She is patient in explaining a problem and the options for solutions. She acknowledges that financial constraints may play a role in treatment options and/or the timing of treatments which highlights her commitment to working closely with each patient to achieve the best outcome possible. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a dentist.

I had a fantastic first visit today! I’ve struggled for years to find a good dentist. My prior dentist experiences have been terrible and further increased my dental anxiety. Not here. From the minute I walked in I felt listened to and supported from the person doing my X-ray, to the interaction with the dentist and the cleaning at the end. The exam was incredibly thorough and holistic. I was provided recommendations for orthodontic care (offered in house with a second opinion referral as another option. Stretches for my TMJ and a thorough cleaning that left a yellow tooth (due to overcrowding) white again! I have sensitive gums so I also appreciated that I was offered numbing cream and lidocaine rinse to make it more comfortable. Thank you Newbury Dental for the kindness and care you provide your patients.
