I am a patient of Dr. Goetz, and I have nothing but positive thoughts and feelings about Dr. Goetz and everyone who works in that clinic. I have always been treated with great respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I have never once had to wait very long to see the doctor, and when she comes in, she listens to me and asks great questions to better understand my concerns. I would recommend Dr. Goetz and Northwest Physicians Group Primary Care to anyone looking for a great doctor in a great clinical setting!!!

My exprerience here has always been good from check in to check out. Staff is polite and caring. Dr. Wilhelm is very attentive, professional, and helpful as needed. Very good care from all.

This office needs to seriously reevaluate how they handle referrals and scheduling. I previously needed an urgent referral for retinal detachment surgery, and it was extremely difficult to get processed. The eye surgeon’s office couldn’t reach anyone because their phone system doesn’t allow you to speak to a real person. I had to physically go into the office twice before my surgery just to get the referral handled. Now a year later, my retina specialist tried multiple times to renew a referral and received no response. They eventually had to contact me so I could reach out and follow up. The referral wasn’t completed until a week after my scheduled appointment, forcing me to reschedule. On top of that, I scheduled a appointment with my PCP 33 days in ago, only to be told 5 days before the appointment that it needed to be pushed to April 23rd because the office will be closed for Good Friday. While I understand offices close for holidays, that is something that should have been planned on the calendar ahead of time and appointments should not have been allowed to be scheduled for that day. At this point, I will have waited 53 days for an appointment that was originally schedule

Having woke up feeling very unwell, NW Physicians Group Scheduler called me back with a same day appointment with Susan Goetz MD, as my PC Dr.Slaton was out of office that day. My ‘Check in’ was prompt in a clean & well laid out waiting room. I no more sat down and a Nurse came out calling my name. Nursing staff was kind, attentive & writing down my concerns & vitals. MD Susan Goets came in introducing herself reviewing & confirming my complaints with me. She performed a thorough Assessment & sharing my diagnosis compatible to my symptoms & treatment compatible to my Health Insurance provider co-pay details!! NW Physicians Group from their Scheduler to Primary Care provider(s) are same day accessible, that are attentive to personal Health complaints followed by treatment that are compliant to YOUR Health Insurance per-miters. **Highly recommending this group. Location off I-40, parking & accessibility to building just couldn't be easier.***

I went for a followup on March 9 guess it was to check my blood pressure numbers. I thought if I had another concern while I was there it would be looked into. I am having pain in my right knee and I was told to take Tylenol without Dr. Slayton even knowing what it is. Now my right foot is giving me problems I think from the knee. I have chronic kidney disease all is done for it blood work every 6 months. My gfr goes up and down it's never the same.
