The doctors I had there were pretty good honestly they seemed caring empathetic and were very friendly. However, I’m having a hard time recertifying, I’ve turned in every thing that was needed. And it seems like it’s not they keep on digging up stuff that I didn’t even know they need. I have several chronic health issues and I am in need of this help. Just because I am in need of help, does it mean you can treat me like I am stupid. Trust me if I wasn’t a full-time caregiver to my adult son whom is wheelchair-bound, I would’ve had an amazing job and would’ve had health insurance. I don’t have that luxury and like I said I really need the help. I don’t appreciate being treated like garbage.

Jennifer Carreon is one of a kind. She is the most kindest helpful person. Deann in reimbursement goes above and beyond to help everyone. Without her I would be so screwed with my Ozempic. Now Tammy in the area of referrals is a real joke. Hateful and takes months to get you a referral. Very uncalled for. Merideth in the pharmacy is the best. She also does whatever she can to help. Dr. Carreon is a true blessing to me. Whoever is lucky enough to have her as a provider will be blessed. This place has been my lifesaver. Oh and PT guys are also top notch!

Have a hard time with case workers my information is the same but they are rude and uncaring pushed my buttons, lie and manipulate case when I speak up about how hard they try to make getting approved difficult. Try to talk to me like I'm stupid, one case worker tried to cause problems with a couple that had nothing to do with getting approved. Phone answering better, But overall most are friendly.

Took my daughter to the Urgent care they had in the back and let me say from the beginning to the end everything went perfect. Jenneta the registration lady was very sweet and kind to me and my daughter. When they called us back it got even better, the nurse Lindsey was very sweet gentle and professional. The New Nurse Practitioner Patricia was amazing I felt that she cared for my 13 year old daughter, made sure that we had everything that we needed very professional!!!! I will for sure come back just to find her, it's so hard finding a good physician these days! But she was perfect!!!
