I would give more than 5 stars if it would let me! Dr. Patel and his staff are tops! They are kind, caring and compassionate. The Dr answered all my questions explaining everything about the treatment in complete detail but I never feel rushed. His assistant Mary is a sweet kind and wonderful Lady and a delight to work with. I highly recommend the practice. NAB

I am thankful for outstanding service and care from front office, medical assistants, and Dr. Deep Patel. My personal dentist referred me with a recommended cracked tooth extraction and an implant procedure. My initial dental appointment was at 11:00 in Grapevine. I soon was headed to Irving Las Colinas for a 1:15 emergency appointment. By 4:30 I was home recovering, and Dr. Patel called the next day to check on me. What a blessing!

We had an excellent experience at NTFOS. Every member of the staff was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring toward my 12-year-old son as he prepared to have two molars removed. The doctor was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answered all of our questions, and made my son feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. It was clear that he truly cared about his well-being. What impressed us most was the follow-up call later that day to check on my son's recovery and provide additional guidance. That level of personal care meant so much to our family. Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of my son and making what could have been a stressful experience as smooth and reassuring as possible. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend NTFOS.

I was very anxious about having oral surgery. I needed to have a crown removed that was split in half and in a very precarious position next to my nasal area. Dr. Patel and his assistants were very reassuring and did everything to make me feel comfortable. The truly amazing and beautiful thing about my experience was Dr. Patel called me later that day to check on me. That’s almost unheard of nowadays and I am truly grateful for not only his professionalism and expertise in what he does but for his caring attitude and dedication to his patient’s.

The commute to get there was brutal, but his bedside manner and ability to break it down and explain the what and why of his recommended procedure was impressive. Im not an anatomy expert by any means, but i do understand the jaw through his explanation, and feel optimistic that this treatment path will be effective. His office staff from the person at the front desk to his assistant to his insurance processor all stepped up and worked with attention and confidence. I had heard great things about Dr Hunter before going, this visit just confirmed they were all true.
