Horrible company to the point that they don’t care when a child that is just turned 18 has a growth on her jaw and they get upset because they do not do as they stay and call people back when they say they’re going to so when it is brought to their attention, they get nasty and when you ask to speak to the office manager, you’re only allowed to speak to the one and the other one will not even get on the phone. Then when you bring up their flaws, they will dismiss you from practice because they do not want to accept where they did wrong.

Dr. Franco and Staff were awesome! He took his time and explained everything to me. The post-op meds helped with the recovery. I really appreciate Dr. Franco checking in afterward. Highly recommend!

I had initially called this oral surgeon’s office because I saw a message regarding an appointment and thought it was for my daughter, but during the call with the scheduler I realized it was actually an old text from December and that my recent message was related to new patient forms. I apologized and explained that I had read the messages incorrectly. At that point, I mentioned that I would see them at 11:00 AM, as that was the appointment time I had saved in my calendar. The scheduler then informed me that my appointment was actually later, around 1:40 PM. Naturally, I was confused since I had documented a completely different time. I asked about their patient communication process and whether appointment reminders are normally sent out. I was told they “usually call,” so I requested to speak with a manager because I was frustrated with the lack of clear communication. I later received a call back from Elizabeth, the assistant manager. I began explaining that I was unhappy with the communication process and she explained that their policy is to call patients within 3 days of their appointment. Since I had called on 5/7 for a 5/11 appointment, she stated that I did not “quali

Wife needed an emergency procedure!! Waiting for the doctor to arrive and feeling pain they proceeded to collect their money and after having trouble with her apple pay and her having half the money in cash they proceeded to wait 2 additional hrs to take her only after I arrived and paid the full balance!! They were recommended by Kudo Care Dental!! Horrible service!! If you are in pain don”t forget your wallet!!4/6/2026 This should be 0 stars but one is required to leave a complaint!!

I was referred to this oral surgeon by my general dentist in December 2025 for evaluation of a jaw lesion and continued care with this office for several months. Only when I requested a quote for the recommended surgery (April 2026) was I informed that they do not accept my insurance. This was never communicated during any of my prior visits. Given that oral surgery can fall under either medical or dental coverage, I would have expected this to be clarified much earlier, especially after multiple appointments and a referral. Before I left to seek clarification, the office manager was extremely rude and dismissive. I calmly explained that I was dealing with an active health issue and simply trying to understand my insurance coverage and options. Instead of helping, she spoke to me in an unprofessional manner and refused my request to speak with someone else, stating she was the manager. When I asked if I could speak with the doctor, I was also told no. This interaction was uncomfortable and discouraging, especially as a patient trying to navigate a medical situation. Because of the lack of transparency and poor communication, I now have to restart the process with a new provider, de
