Dr Lee did such a good job. She listened to me . The receptionist were also very nice and patient . Dr Lee is caring and very gentle . I have many chronic illnesses. So she was able to accommodate to my needs. I was referred to this dentist by a friend. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a year. I was diagnosed with many illnesses so I wasn’t able to take care of my teeth. I have Gastroparesis so I was a bit insecure of my enamel wearing off. But she was kind and let me know there was a whitening treatment I can try. Overall this visit was great! And my mom and I were very satisfied!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at New Smiles Dental Implant Center – Galleria. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The office occupies its own building with plenty of convenient parking, and the facility is modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. During my visit, I received a comprehensive dental examination, a professional cleaning, and two tooth-colored fillings. Dr. Lee personally performed both the cleaning and the fillings. She took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Before administering the anesthetic, she applied a topical numbing gel to my gums, making the injections virtually painless. Her technique was gentle, meticulous, and reassuring, and I experienced minimal discomfort during the entire procedure. The dental assistant, Phuong, was equally professional, attentive, and well-coordinated with Dr. Lee, making the visit smooth and efficient. The front office staff handled all of my insurance paperwork seamlessly, allowing me to focus entirely on my appointment. They were incredibly professional and quick! I initially came for a consultation, but they quickly started my implant. They’re also fantastic at assisting with insurance claims. The staff were so kind! They even gave me some milk for my pain and antibiotics since I hadn’t eaten beforehand. I would definitely recommend them, and the drive is definitely worth it!
