Thanks so much to the whole team and staff members for always being there to help me with my needs I been a client for over 7 years now almost 9 years and I'm so happy with all the providers I have met with Im so happy with all of the love you all been showing me very kind and respectful staff members never had any problems with anyone there I trusted the staff with taking care of my healthcare and very happy with how they treated me and cared for me as a client thank you all so much .

Everyone at Neighborhood Healthcare are nice and helpful. They all make one feel comfortable. I've never had a bad experience at any Neighborhood Healthcare. The doctors, nurses, medical assistants and front desk people are all courteous and helpful. The rooms and reception areas are clean. For the various seasons the reception areas and offices are decorated. I enjoy the displays. Neighborhood Healthcare is great!

I scheduled a dental appointment in mid-December for a specific dental issue and explicitly confirmed that the appointment was for dental services. I also called ahead and was told everything was confirmed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that this location does not provide that dental service at all, and that I would need to reschedule at a different Neighborhood Health Clinic location. What’s frustrating is that this appointment had been on the books since 12/19, and it’s now 1/14. At no point was I notified of this issue, nor was the appointment proactively moved to the correct location. This could have been caught and resolved weeks ago with a simple phone call. I understand that clinics are busy and serve many patients, but showing up to an appointment only to be told the service isn’t offered at that location is unacceptable. It wastes patients’ time and delays necessary care, further blocks other patients who could have been seen at this location. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling and communication processes so others don’t experience the same issue.

I have been coming to this doctors office for a couple of years now, & every time I have any public visits or tele-health visits they’ve always been the best and with no issues or complaints 😌🙏🏻. I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends 😎🙏🏻 Thank you for always being supportive and being amazing doctors and nurses 😌🙏🏻🥰

They made my teeth worse . I had no pain before they said it's just a filling.. now 2 months later same tooth infection intense pain.
