I absolutely love Temecula Valley Neighborhood Healthcare. The staff who answer the phones are always so kind, patient, and helpful. Ever since borrego went under I've been through four different doctors in the past year and now I'm out of medication and the messages keep getting deleted that I leave it's been 2 weeks that I've been trying to get medication I even had to make an appointment with somebody else from the same facility and they were unable to refill my prescription. I paid out-of-pocket for that and this new doctor I have just won't communicate back.

Went based off the reviews to make this clinic a place for my obgyn experience and I would not recommend I have scheduled 2 appointments with them and they have canceled both appointments the first time the “intake” lady was not going to be in office they wanted to send me to Temecula or Corona location. Then for my second appointment I did not even care to hear the reason I just decided I will go elsewhere because the lack of accountability for an intake appointment which all they are doing is confirming my pregnancy I am already going on 5 months pregnant and have yet to be seen it’s ridiculous

I had been coming here since 2022 and I have had such awful inconsistent care. From being referred to surgeons that completely wreaked havoc on my life to being unable to have a consistent continuity of care. Because of this clinic I was left with lab results that went unaddressed as my PCP left without warning and did not prescribe me enough medication before they left or a plan on how to manage my hormones based on our latest lab results that indicated my hormones were really off. It’s been almost 4 months and I cannot get access to this medication and will not be able to as I am unable to find another provider that can prescribe it in a timely manner. Because of this location I was left without medication or care. I am still unable to get care as I cannot find a PCP that is specialized for people like me nearby or in a timely manner. I’m being denied abscess to life saving medication because this clinic was unable to keep consistent continuity of care. Not being able to be on my medications has been severely impacting my life and being unable to get a provider as I’m being forced to find one as my insurance cannot and the ones I have found have lied to me saying they do speciali
