This dentist office is horrible. I actually gave them multiple chances to be better and do better. I saw the behaviors and instead of getting a new dentist office to regularly go to, I kept coming back because I’m a creature of habit. But this last visit was truly ridiculous. I had the displeasure of seeing Bhavik Pandya. This man had already shown he will cut corners doing the job but I would always make sure he corrected it. He would always be annoyed that I wanted things done correctly. This last time he said I would need an antibiotic for a bump on my gums. I told him I would need an additional antibiotic after finishing the original one. This man completely became a child, yelling and telling me that he doesn’t care if I need an additional antibiotic. I will spare you the back and forth. To add insult to injury the “office manager” comes in with 2t scrubs on and 6 months old boho knotless braids. I told her I’m going to go ahead and leave because of the incident with the dentist. She gets an attitude. At this point the only professional at that office was the hygienist. Dr. Bhavik Pandya and staff at Monarch Dental are phenomenal. I received treatment there, and the doctor is extremely kind, does amazing work, and talks you through every step of the procedure so you feel informed and comfortable throughout the visit. The front office staff is also super nice and always available to answer questions or help clear up any discrepancies. Overall, this is an amazing dental office, and I highly recommend them.

Thus far the best! It is one of the best dentist experiences and offices I have ever been with. EVERY staff member (front to back) are beyond wholesome and experienced in their field. I will definitely recommend this office for any services you are needing; especially for those who have a fear of getting dental work done. Well worth the experience and knowledge you take away from it. I will be seeing you all in 3 months.

I was disappointed in my experience here. I had heard great things and my daughter had had a wonderful experience at the Allen location so I had high expectations for this visit. Unfortunately, things did not go the way I had hoped. I was able to make the appointment easily and the receptionist was very professional. However, upon my arrival, I had to wait approximately 15-20 minutes past my appointment time for the x-rays. The doctor came in shortly thereafter and I was impressed with her professionalism. The hygienist also was fairly prompt and professional. But they recommended a laser cleaning for me, and it took so long to get the estimate/treatment plan that I had to leave for work before it was ready. All in all, I was there for an hour and a half and didn't even get my teeth cleaned. When I left, they did apologize and said they were short-staffed. However, that information could and should have been communicated to me so that I could either reschedule my appointment or adjust my work schedule to accommodate a longer appointment time. To assume that I can just sit and wait with no explanation is both rude and disrespectful of my time.

Outstanding Experience with Dr. Bhavik Pandya at Monarch Dental I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bhavik Pandya, DMD at Monarch Dental & Orthodontics. From start to finish, the professionalism, care, and attention to detail were top-notch. Dr. Pandya took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. His skill and precision were evident, and the work he did turned out fantastic. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in doing things the right way. The office staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. It’s not easy to find a dentist you fully trust, but Dr. Pandya has definitely earned mine. If you’re looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, patient-focused, and truly excellent at what he does, I highly recommend Dr. Bhavik Pandya at Monarch Dental.
