After four different dentists and multiple appointments that ended in tears, my daughter had become so anxious about dental visits that we had to postpone treatment because she refused to go back. We were referred to Lone Star, and the experience was completely different. From the moment we arrived, the staff was patient, kind, and understanding of her anxiety. They made her feel comfortable, respected, and safe. When the appointment was over, my daughter walked out, looked at me, smiled, and said, “I love this place. I can’t wait to come back.” As the parent of a very anxious child, those are words I never thought I would hear after a dental appointment. I am beyond grateful we found this office. Even though it’s a 30-minute drive from our home, it is worth every minute. Thank you for turning what had been a stressful experience into such a positive one. I highly recommend Lone Star to any family, especially those with children who struggle with dental anxiety.

Dr. Ashley is simply the best! My daughter needed a tooth a pulled out and she made the experience so great my 3 year old didn’t even flinch ! I love how well she explains everything, the staff is amazing and accommodating and fit me in last minute! This experience was so amazing for me and my daughter!

All I can say is “Unbelievable”! Dr.Ashley is phenomenal and her bedside manner is even more impressive. The moment we walked into the office it was immediate comfort and kindness. My newborn had a tongue and lip tie. Dr.Ashley took the time to go over every single detail and answer all our questions before making a decision to laser her tongue tie. Her medical assistant Mira was just as lovely and patient. We won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Wonderful experience!!

As a first time mother, the staff at LoneStar Kid's Dentistry were so warm and reassuring. Aubrey was so delightful and cheery, engaging us immediately and answering our questions as she thoroughly expressed the process. Stephanie wrapped up the visit with a nice bow. She was clear with the pricing and logistics which can be a sore subject but not here. Stephanie was open and understood our concerns and reasssured they were here for us. Dr. Rubin was fabulous. Just like his staff, he didn't rush our visit and explained the procedure. He understood our fears and his honesty and clear communication made the visit so much better.

Highly impressed by the whole staff! I’m a first time parent and was nervous about how the first dentist appointment would go. Dr. Rubin called us the day before to go over what to expect and see if we had questions about the appointment. That really helped ease my nerves! When we arrived the front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly, they showed us what was available for my son to play with and relax which was all very cool! Miss Shelby took us back and was very reassuring and friendly! Miss Sarah came in and did the initial brushing on my son’s teeth and she was also so friendly and got my son smiling! Between her and miss Shelby my son was so at ease and comfortable by the time Dr. Rubin got in the room! I was so impressed at the environment the team creates, I never expected the first dentist appointment to go so smoothly!!!! Dr. Rubin was incredible of course! He was calm, informative, and friendly. I appreciate how much he talked to my son directly throughout the appointment. I’ve never had my son be so relaxed at a doctor’s office in his two years of life! Miss Rachel got us checked out at the end of the appointment and again, so friendly and welcoming. She did no
