I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Jad and his team truly deserve one. I came into this experience with a lot of anxiety because of a previous bad experience with another dentist. From my very first appointment, Dr. Jad made me feel comfortable. He never rushed me, took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and was incredibly patient. By the time I left, I felt so much more at ease and confident about moving forward with my procedure. On surgery day, Nicole was amazing. She checked on me constantly, made sure I was comfortable, and helped calm my nerves. I couldn’t let her know right away… but her kindness and caring attitude didn’t go unnoticed :) Honestly, everyone in this office is wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles and treated like a person, not just another patient. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the people they help. What could have been a very stressful experience ended up being a smooth and positive one because of this team. If you need periodontal care, I highly recommend Dr. Jad and his office. I give McKinney periodontics five stars! The staff is one of the friendliest staffs I’ve ever met in any sort of dental or periodontic office. They recognize you by name they are friendly. They are welcoming and they make you feel like you are part of a family. My teeth and gums and oral health have improved dramatically since I have been going to McKinney periodontics. Highly recommend!

I was a little apprehensive going into my tooth extraction and implant procedure, but the staff provided me with exceptional compassion and care. The procedure went smoothly and without any pain. I highly recommend McKinney Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.

I am having major issues with dental implants from a different office so I came to this office for advice and recommendations to correct the failed procedure. Dr. Philofsky was excellent. He listened to the issues I am having, took CT scans, performed an exam and even called in a prescription for medication. I should have had this Dr perform the implants surgery and I would highly recommend going to this office for any dental issues.

I was nervous about having my procedure done since I truly have a fear of dentists due to past experiences. From my first appt through my final appt after surgery, Dr. Jad has been absolutely amazing and comforting. He talked me through everything and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The surgery had great results and I am so thankful I found him! Highly recommend!

Friendly, outgoing, pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful. I love coming to see them, but always seemed more like they missed me more. Thank you for everything and hope to see you again.
