Hung up when asked why they could not tell me if a procedure was covered my by insurance. They just want to waste time for the consultation. Kids running the phone lines

Horrible service I asked for someone to speak English fluently there's no one available literally the options are automated and it said for English press one, then I get someone with a heavy accent and doesn't even understand what she's saying and can't even help me with figuring out if my insurance is covered and I asked to be transferred to another representative and she couldn't do it I hang up call back and she's still there
