The individual that works the front desk, with the young lady who is beyond nice and was able to help me and not leave me standing at the desk to check my daughter in for her appointment for 4pm today 04/28/2026 , I was called and asked if I was coming and I said yes and that call was at 4:03pm and the office is 9 minutes down the road , he proceeded to cut me off and said well you have a 15 minute grace period and I said okay it’s not going to take me 15 minutes to get there , we will get there at 4:10pm and that’s exactly what happened due to traffic I said I have no control , my boyfriend walked our daughter in and I went to the desk to check her in and he ignored me and did not greet me , so the young lady sitting at the other desk took me and tried to check me in and was not able to because her colleague deliberately ignored me , but spoke to the next person that was behind me. He needs retraining in customer service or find a new job where you don’t have to talk to people face to face. Do better

Very good experience. My daughter had no troubles what so ever! Paige also helped me with the payment and I appreciate that. I recommend coming here!

Today I had a wonderful experience with the Orthodontic team including Dr Kim and Paige (Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator). Dr Kim introduced himself and allowed me to see his face during our conversation. Dr Kim answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. He explained his recommendations thoroughly and very clearly. Paige was kind and also made suggestions to support Dr Kim’s recommendations. I highly recommend the Orthodontic team at this facility.

Negative star if I can! This office sucks!!!!! They did not allow my husband to proceed to my son’s appointment, my son has special needs, even tho they already arrived in the office, they’re claiming my husband can’t bring him since he’s not on the patient’s portal. What a crappy policy! There no any information telling us to do that. We’ve been to a lot of dental offices and as long as there’s a guardian with the client, they are fine! Waste of time, and was so inconsiderate, insensitive, and inconvenient! They also has a sister company for adults dental care, it’s called “Dental Smile” who did me wrong too. I was about to give them a chance after what they did to my son, but no more!!!!! They cancelled my appointment without me cancelling it because “I didn’t confirm the appointment” that’s stupid!. There was no any texts nor any email notifications, I went through all of my text messages and emails last night. I’ve been to a lot of dental offices and doctors appointments for my kids and even if you did not confirm it, as long as you did not cancel it, they’re not supposed to cancel it themselves! Waste of time! They were claiming that they called me and left a voicemail. There

Love this office! As a picky mom it’s so nice to find a good pediatric dentist office! The staff is always wonderful! Brenda and Ranzel are both note worthy staff members! I wish I knew the names of all the people we’ve interacted with here that have been so great! Both dentists we’ve seen I’ve really really liked! You absolutely cannot put a price on the peace of mind of bringing your kids somewhere you feel confident in!
