My mom, who had a second stroke in late December, went to try and get an appointment. Who ever was at the desk was very rude, and did not let her talk. My mom asked me to speak to her and this lady did NOT let me get in a word at all and said she did not understand what my mom needed or what she was not understanding in a very condescending tone. I went ahead and called another clinic for support. You would think that someone that works at a medical clinic would be ESPECIALLY more understanding and patient. Sorry my mom has a hard time comprehending or speaking after her strokes. I wish I had her name to complain directly to her supervisor!

I recently went to a appointment for a physical that took over 4 months to schedule, previously I’ve gone multiple times and complain to them about chest pressure and heart palpitations and all they say it might me anxiety something minor ! They seem not to care about the patients health. They look at people like they’re crazy or weird and not properly diagnosing throughly and properly. It takes so long for them to make a useless 5 min and get out appointment, it’s sad and embarrassing how much time they take to see a patient !!! By the way manager Miguel Cervantes is useless and shouldn’t be a head manager of the clinic because he Lacks of understanding, patience and ability to perform his job duties and properly asses and diagnose a patient!!

Urgent care makes you an appointment at a certain time but then they tell you to go earlier than your appointment time but without changing appointments and registration and nurse end up not wanting to see you earlier until your appointment time. They need more communication with Urgent care. Had same experience fir Ultrasound appointment I scheduled an appointment for Nov 20 they later in the evening called me to go the next day on Fri. Oct 31 at 3:30 I get there and told me that they couldn't see her because she didn't had any appointments that needed to go back until Nov 20. Worst service healthcare provider don't e en want to take calls called earlier and someone answered to just tell me to wait again phone service is horrible they take so long to answer and the new messaging for making appointments as well don't receive the messages they take long on coming in or to late made an appointment for my daughter and they called to make one but wasn't available to answer forgot to call back, but apparently they made an appointment which was this October 22nd when they didn't even call me to let me know about the appointment. Been going here since about 2009, the text messaging scheduling is a mess , they don’t return voicemails, I had a lady on the phone who was extremely rude with me. She was short with me by cutting me off, not answering my questions, continues to laugh and hang up on me and it wasn’t even a 3 minute conversation. Tried calling back and kept sending me to leave a voicemail . Everytime I get a call from this place they call around 4:30 before they close at 5pm knowing very well, people can’t call within that time frame. Most recent visit with my primary I waited patiently for an hour and a half only to be rushed during my time with her . I’m disgusted with my experience . This is coming from someone who has worked in multiple places from caregiving, food industry, group home, Medi-Cal,, and legal call center. I have dealt with difficult calls and I-rate customers on the phone and this lady couldn’t even handle me asking her to let me speak because she kept cutting me off shows they lack the ability to handle their job or they really hate their job. Going to a different center, and will no longer be going here. Clearly this place won’t help with anything and I don’t need to be treated

If I could give 0 stars, this would be the case. I have been with this clinic for about 3 years. I have only been seen 4 times (twice this month). The first time (what I would believe being) was misdiagnosed with a thyroid disorder. Always took an hour, if not longer, to answer the phones to schedule an appointment. So just leave a message they will try to call you back the next day (at an inconvenient time). Finally, I got an appointment. They tried to tell you they are booked for appointments until they see one free (this week or the next day). After they rescheduled my appointment twice then they surprise me with a "before you come in Thursday we need labs Wednesday" (it was Tuesday. Being informed all this when they knew weeks prior to my original appointment is pretty unprofessional). I get it they have other people to worry about... I get through my appointment to find out my hormones are normal. Until I tell them I stopped taking the medication a year ago. Then it's "these hormones seem a little high"... Not only that. The same appointment I tried to get a TB test on that Thursday. (You know 2 birds, one stone. Also, who knows the next time I'll be seen again.) You know
