WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I would never recommend anyone to have an appointment with DR. Sing... I don't know understand why he had me waiting in the uncomfortable dental chair for 4+ hours while I watch him work on other people that showed up a very long time after me. It's so ridiculous that the people who were in and out so fast were all white and I've never experienced any real racism in the area but that was definitely a hard hint to who he prefers to attend. I've never had a dental cleaning as aggressive as Mr.Sing ever in my life he was deliberately using excessive force and right when we're almost done he made sure that he made a deep incision by my wisdom tooth because why else would it be bleeding for 5+ hours if it was minor. Keep in mind that the DR has plenty of light to not make mistakes as if it were dark and barely visible so without a doubt he was doing everything on purpose I'm just disappointed and disgusted that a person like that has to mess with more people on a regular basis. I really hope he gets his credentials removed because that was beyond outrageous actions by a so called professional!

This clinic refused to refer me to an ENT back in 2014 so I was left with ear pain and tinnitus that has affected my life. I was going through a rough time and they took the opportunity to dismiss me. I have seen really bad and dismissive doctors but that day these doctors take the cake. I gave another Clinicas a try and so far better than that experience in 2014. I like to be fair in my reviews.

They do a superior job of providing health and dental services for low income folks. You may have to wait a bit but it's worth it. Really good people. And my dentist, Dr. Singh, is a genuinely nice person who cares about his patients.

The Medical assistance who answer the phone are not very customer service professionals. That is until I approached the perusing who was speaking to me on the and she notice i was not in the mood for her unprofessional attitude she quickly changed her tone . If a NEW customer has an appointment at a certain time and gets texted that time, please don't call them telling them something different. They only person who was very professional was the intake nurse and the actual doctor TA. The staff needs to be retrain quickly or OSHA will get involved. This clinic isn't my first,Second or third option sadly. Please don't call me after you read this review saying I need to call your office so you all can make things right cause that will only get worse. I'm for ALL for customer Service and this Clinic doesn't fit the bill.

They are very attentive from the moment you arrive. You can tell they are always trying to assist the patients in many ways. I am very happy with their service. I recommend them often. The staff is always helpful and kind. They treat me with respect and dignity even in difficult moments which is important to me. I like that they follow up and also send reminders via text or calls which REALLY helps. Thank you for going that extra bit.
