Hands down one of the best and kindest Doctor ever! Dr. Wang always takes his time with me, making sure I understand what is going on or what are my treatment options. He always includes me in the decision making in my treatment plan. He greats you with a genuine smile. He is respectful, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, has great bed side manners, and has great communication through the patient portal. Dr. Wang is the epitome of what a brilliant and caring medical professional is. I am so lucky to have him as part of my care team.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM, and as I'm writing this review, it's already 4:45 PM and I still haven't been seen. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. A simple courtesy update would go a long way. Many patients take time off work for their appointments, and delays like this can make it impossible to return to work as planned. Respecting your patients' time is just as important as providing quality care.

I arrived twenty minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment time, as instructed. I was not taken back to an exam room until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, meaning 50 minutes in the waiting room, then sat in the exam room for an additional 45 minutes. The room was small and hot, so I opened the door to get some air while I waited. When the nurse practitioner finally came in she offered no words of concern for my wait. She prescribed medication for me, but then called it in to a pharmacy I had never heard of; NOT my pharmacy. She is only in this office one day a week. No one else was able to call in the medication to the correct pharmacy. I called at 8:00 am the following Monday to request that my medication be called in. Nothing. Checked with my pharmacy 6.5 hours later and it had not been called in. Called the clinic again and was told it was placed as urgent, and said they will get back to me within 24 hours! What! The NP will not be there in 24 hours! One of my worst ever experiences with a medical practice.

My recent experience was great and it was my first time there. Upon entering there was about a 4 minute wait to check-in at the front desk, which given the amount of people that was understandable. They did advise to be there 20 min earlier than my appointment which I was. In total, I waited about 35min to get called in. Once in the back, I did notice a lot of rooms so I can understand why there is a lot of people. After vitals checked, the provider was there maybe 5 min after so did not take long at all. Dr. Carbonell was professional, informative, and attentive to my concerns. I know the reviews are low, but just wanted to share that in my experience everyone was respectful and overall a good experience.

Awful. Awful awful awful. Everything is at a glacial place. Takes months to get an appointment. If you call with any question whatsoever, they "send a message" to someone who can answer, and they won't get back for four business days. If you have to know something urgently, they do not care in the slightest, they just tell you too bad for you, up to four business days. Half the time, they never call back, and if you call them again, all they say is that they will once more "send a message." All the staff on the phone have a rude tone and act like you are inconveniencing them and ruining your day by asking them questions. This clinic doesn't value patient communication. The doctor I see is good, but it's just not worth it. It's impossible to work with them or have a back and forth on anything. See an office that cares.
