Lake Forest Dental has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The doctor is, without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever had. Instead of pushing unnecessary treatments, he took the time to educate me on proper preventive dental care and how to maintain my oral health for the long term. I truly appreciated his honest, patient-centered approach. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. Charmaine and the girls at the front desk are absolutely amazing and so is the Dr! I’m so glad I found them! Charmaine especially made me very comfortable with my treatment and put me at ease! I truly wouldn’t want to work with anyone but her!!

Had my first visit and it was amazing!! Everyone was soooooo sweet and kind! I had to bring my two month old baby girl and the ladies helped me when she was fussing. I didn’t feel judged, they made me feel like a human being!! I am able to pay for treatments the way I can afford. Most office don’t do. that. This dental office is also affordable compared to most! The office was super clean and comfortable. And Mr. Steve is definitely in this profession for the dedication and care. As well as the ladies in the office. This will now be our regular dental clinic for me and my children.

Amazing dental office! Never crowded and staff genuinely care. I specifically looked for an office that could cater to my whole family, including young children. Couldn't ask for a better dental office. My kids (4 and 6) were treated great and talked to at their age levels. There is a kids area in the front prior to appointments starting, though this office won't have you waiting long! For myself the staff were actively engaged and conversational versus feeling like just another patient. The hygienist took time to explain why specific teeth get more build up than others and tips to avoid it. I've moved around a bit and had verious dental offices, yet have never been explained it this way before. Just shows you this office actually cares about their patients and makes a point to educate on a deeper level but in a way patients can understand. They were almost mindful about my TMJ reminding me when to close to not cause my jaw to lock up. Again, something rare in a dental office to remind throughout an appointment. Dr. Cha is easy to talk with and takes pride in his work. He even treats his staff with full respect and it shows in how they are in the office from the front desk to back
