I have always had a great experience at the Jefferson locations, and this visit was no exception! The front office manager was very transparent about pricing and took the time to work with me to find options that fit both my budget and my needs. Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. My hygienist was hilarious, personable, and made the entire cleaning go by so quickly. It's clear this team truly cares about their patients and providing excellent care. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Never book aapointment at Jefferson Dentist at Mckinney. Totally unprofessional, writing entire story in comment section. There is no option to give zero start unfortunately. My messsge to the contact of Jefferson Dentist staff provided: Its really frustrating and i am really going to write reviews about services experience i got at Jefferson dental at McKinney. I booked my appontment 3 weeks back for today at 4:30 pm CST, when I reached here it was told to me that my booked slot was given to someone walk in patient and my appointment is cancelled without my consent. I came here on time after driving 40 minutes, took time off from my office (though there was an important meeting) and what I got is team of unprofessional who even dont care value of someone's time. Let me know who is going to compensate my 40 minutes time and gas which I spend to come ontime on my already scheudled appointment. I am really going to write about reviews of my 1st experience with you guys and make sure that no one in my contact ever book appointments with you. You guys are really unprofessional. The office staff were very nice and helpful in answering my questions, and the young man that did my x-rays, Mason, was very professional and polite. They couldn’t figure out why I was having pain, but they explained everything well, and made a plan to get me back to good. The doctor was very friendly and he explained what he found and why there was no apparent problem, and even waived the visit charge. He still continued to try to figure it out, even when I thought the exam was complete. I will definitely return to Dr. Sam to follow up with any further issues, and for all future needs

I would recommend Jefferson dental to anyone with dental needs from cleanings to extractions and implants. The care they provided to my mom was extraordinary! During each appointment she was taken care of with kindness and patience. For our family, the dentist is associated with anxiety but this place has completly changed that for us. The front desk staff went above and beyond to be accommodating and help us figure out how to navigate the dental care she needed. Her dentist was a women and she was so thorough in her work and had the most positive and genuine attitude. Rickie and Maria is also notable to mention for their attention to detail and going out of his way to make sure my mom was comfortable and cared for no matter the questions or concerns she had. They are hard working and compassionate individuals, truly a blessing. 10/10 experience, such a relief to find a place that genuinely cares for its patients.

My experience at this dental clinic has been exceptional. From my very first visit, the care has been incredibly kind; they genuinely worry about my well-being, making sure I don’t feel any pain and that I’m comfortable at all times. Furthermore, their service is impeccable, with a level of attention and dedication I haven’t found anywhere else. The prices are incredible; they truly offer a value I haven’t seen anywhere else. Additionally, Mr. Daniel is extremely kind. Without a doubt, I recommend them 100%. Thank you for your service!!! 👍🏼
