3 nurses help my daughter. 1st one did her brushing super kind and gental. 2nd dint want to apply the treatment, and brought an other nurse to do it. Them 2 were cheat chatting ( not about work ) during her treatment aplication and cut my daughter's gum with one of a metal mouth guard.

Fast, efficient, extremely kind. My child is a nervous patient and had no issues getting treated here. It's uncomfortable at the dentist, always, but I've never felt more respected and heard than I did here. I'm so grateful for all the staff; absolutely wonderful.

So my issue with Kids Care Dental on Calvin off of Timberlake is that it all it may be it’s the company in general, but the receptionist are always so quick to dismiss and reschedule an appointment instead of finding a course of action to correct whatever the issue is. So today I brought in my daughter who was scheduled for her six month checkup And they said the dental insurance was going to cover one price and that there was a $33 co-pay I had my husband talk to them before the appointment was confirmed to make sure if there was a co-pay or not. They said there was no co-pay. Upon arrival we get there on time it’s not as crowded as it usually is it’s a Friday I pick up my daughter’s early from school so she can get to the appointment and it seems like there’s always a reason or a way to turn away the customers I can’t get the kids scheduled all at the same time. I literally had one appointment today on Friday, I had have one appointment coming up for Tuesday for a cleaning and then another appointment coming up a week away which is a lot of back-and-forth for a parent so to get to the office for the scheduled appointment and when I say you can just bill me the $33 co-pay cause I

Very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Got both my girls in for orthodontist screening, cleaning and braces all in one visit. Considering it should of been three different appointments to schedule but Jackie was very helpful and explanatory and made it happen all in the same day. Thank you to the team at Kids Care on Timberlake Dr in Sacramento. Highly recommend friendly staff and they get things done.

I would not recommend. Kids Care Dental doesn’t give you any grace time for being 15 min late for the first time in 14 years of being a patient there. They lost 2 customers today because they would not see my daughter, after I had 2 back to back appointments with them. I initially thought my first appointment was at 10:30, but it was at 10am, my second appointment was at 10:40. They were chit chatting after they asked me to sit down and they had plenty of empty seats and the doctors were not busy. The doctor saw and finished with my son in less than 5 minutes (BEFORE his scheduled 10:40am appointment!) . And on to top this off, how many times have customers have not had to wait for them to get called back by the techs!? It’s ridiculous that they preferred to loose hundreds of dollars due to a 15 minute time discrepancy.
