Professional and cleanliness it’s certainly a top priority for me. The Dr. and some of the staff lack both. While during my service to input braces, his assistant cleaned my teeth once she was done, she asked me to swallow it, instead of being professional and sucking it out. 2. She asked the Orthro. with hesitation if he would come and check my braces as if he didn’t want to…. At that point I was not ok. But I took it and moved like a professional that I am. I called back a couple of days after because, medal was poking my gums. The same assistant who did the whole procedure called me back, Let’s just say It wasn’t professional at all. If they dispute what my review is I have the proof and I will report it to OSHA and whoever else falls under the guidelines to report it. Lastly my first appointment was June 15, they scheduled me to come back August 8th. Insanely ridiculous. Respectfully his work is good, however he didn’t want me as a client. I would have respected him and his practice more with just being who they are, but to waist my time and hard earned money, and be disrespected for no reason. I have had a great experience with Dr. Jensen. He made sure that my thoughts and desires were heard and meet. Sometimes in life, God puts someone in it, to help you achieve, what is needed. When I met Dr. Jensen, he showed me that he cares for people and their smile. He let me know that he was going to help me to achieve the smile that I deserved after having a very difficult time the first time around. Don’t give up on the smile you deserve, let Dr. Jensen help you to achieve it! You will not be disappointed and the smile is well worth it. Mine is great now!

Before starting treatment at Jensen Orthodontic Arts, I was extremely self-conscious about my teeth and often avoided smiling in pictures. Making the decision to begin treatment was a big step for me, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose this office. From day one, Dr. Jensen and the entire staff have been incredibly kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. They make every visit feel comfortable and welcoming, and it’s clear they care about their patients. One of the best surprises has been how quickly my treatment is progressing. Everything is moving faster than anticipated, and seeing the changes in my smile has been such an amazing confidence boost. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Jensen and his entire team. From start to finish, the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. Dr. Jensen created a custom night guard for me, and the quality is truly impeccable—the fit and finish are excellent. Not only is the product top-notch, but the staff is also incredibly courteous, friendly, and attentive. They made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Best of all, the night guard has made a noticeable difference in reducing my jaw pain, which has been a huge relief. I highly recommend Dr. Jensen to anyone looking for quality care and great results.

I completed my braces journey a year ago with Dr Jensen and all I can say is I love my teeth and my smile. I was always very insecure about my smile when I was younger and getting braces changed my life it made me way for confident and even more outgoing since I was no longer embarrassed. The environment there is very comforting and everyone is very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend if you’re looking into getting braces.
