We just had both kids in braces with McKinney Orthodontics. They were astonishingly easy to work with. They have everything you need under one roof. Having two in treatment simultaneously is rough, but McKinney Orthodontics worked up manageable payment plans. The staff did a great job throughout the course of treatment and we are so pleased with the outcome. We were cared for every step of the way and didn't have any negative experiences. The thing that really pushed them over the top for me is that they offer a lifetime retainer policy that is a lifesaver/no brainer. If my kids lose/break their retainers, they can get them replaced for free, for life. The cost of the policy is only a little more than what I paid for 3 sets of retainers for myself from another provider, and I don't get replacements. What a steal!

I came in mainly because my teeth looked uneven in photos, but they pointed out that my midline was slightly shifted too. I never noticed that before. They explained how correcting only visible teeth without fixing alignment balance would not give a natural result, which changed my whole perspective.

I’ve had wonderful experience. I’m Out of braces now and onto retainers now. I really appreciate the scheduled check-ups! I love both the McKinney and Allen office !Highly recommend!

It’s been a 5 year journey to an amazing smile for my 15 year old son, but the team at McKinney Orthodontics has been a pleasure the entire process. Each step along the way was explained, and I really appreciated the ease of scheduling/changing appointments. We could not be more pleased with the results and highly recommend this practice.

We have been patients here for years with our two girls. Doctor Lofgren and his team are amazing. Not only do they care about our kids oral health, but they are interested in and support our kids academic activities. This is truly a business that cares about their patients and community.
